Verified reviewI ordered 2 sets of lids for my Pyrex dishes and realised straight away that I had made a mistake on the size of one of the orders. I tried to modify the order but apparently once you have placed the order you can’t change it. You have to return the item and order again. The delivery charge is £5.99 and the cost of the item is £11.50 so hardly worth ordering again. If I was able to modify the order then I would not be writing this review.

Verified reviewDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The customer service and returns is appalling. The dishes/lids were badly packed and arrived broken. Despite sending photographic evidence they refuse to acknowledge, and I cannot get a refund or a replacement.

Verified reviewThe site was easy enough to navigate, however, the goods were initially shown as "new product" but out of stock. This was slightly confusing if it's a new product, why would it be out of stock? This be shown on the website for several weeks, so you could never place an order. Sent an email to customer service, who took a couple of weeks to respond, & then in french! Eventually got a response to say the product wouldn't be in stock until early Feb'23. Over Christmas recevied another email saying product was in stock, so quickly placed the order. This was executed extremely quickly, & efficiently after what initially turned out to be a very frustrating experience.
