I wanted to buy an electric wheelchair. Quirumed has a great range at various prices, with the differences highlighted for ease of reference. The one I chose was a good price and the process to order was easy, including information on delivery which highlighted the possibility of having to pay customs tax. Although not applicable in my case it was good to know. Very pleased with the ordering experience.

Ordered item. Paid for item. Received email telling me item was on the way with courier and tracking details. Courier could not locate item. One week and 4 emails later I’m told item was out of stock and hadn’t been dispatched at all. Grateful that refund was issued quickly but will not use company again.

Look good. Does rock slightly when someone is on the bed. The hydraulic system is a bit slower and sensitive so as your pumping it up, it can sometimes come back down if you push too hard

All the armchairs that only have one point of support, that is, with a central piston, it is normal for it to move... check with your desk chair... raise it all the way up and move... you will see that something similar happens to the client. In any case, turn it over and look under the base to see if everything is tight We sent instructions on how to return it, can you confirm if you want to do this?

Looking for a narrow width manual wheelchair with high back support and this one from Quirumed looked just right. The web site was easy to use and promised delivery within eight days. It all sounded to good to be true but the wheelchair arrived eight days later with outer packaging intact. And the individual parts well protected within the box. Quirumed emailed a delivery date and TNT/FedEx sent one with a tracking link which was very useful. This all occurred over a period which included the Easter BH weekend. Putting the wheelchair together was tricky. The accompanying leaflet was unhelpful but using the photos on Quirumed website made it much easier and it was completed within forty minutes. The tilting mechanism is attached to the handles. The seat and backrest are solid and once fitted in place the wheelchair cannot be folded. So storage and transport need to be considered. But as it was purchased for an individual with a neurological condition this is not a problem. Quirumed highlight that the wheelchair is sold without VAT being applied. FedEx sent an invoice for VAT about ten days after delivery. We had downloaded a VAT exempt form from HMRC website and completed it. But an email to FedEx asking if this was sufficient evidence resulted in a credit note and an inclusion to the case. All in all the whole process was so easy that I kept checking for potential problems but there were none.

Absolutely Perfect. I very very pleased with the quality for the prices that Quirumed charge even when you add on delivery and taxes that have to be paid even in the uk. I have seen1 backwash selling for £100 more than I paid for 2, my trolleys are excellent. Communication was quick and effective. There is a need for an import Eori code from hmrc but the link FedEx sent sorted that sorted in minutes, Quirumed did send a link too. Just one thing to note there is a lot of packaging and not just cardboard wooden crates it's not a complaint but it does need to be disposed of so be aware of that because it does take up space and time, but I'd rather my goods were protected on the journey. I'M A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER and glad I found Quirumed.

Problem 1/ I had to buy stuff I didn't need to reach their (very high) minimum sales limit. (Never seen that before) 2/ the quality of the products is terrible, cheap crap. My order was delayed to start with. Then a part was missing so we couldn’t actually put up the bed. I lost quite alot of my income over the last week as I had to cancel clients Bevause I couldn’t put the bed up without the missing piece. The bed itself looks good quality however I can’t be sure until it’s fully up. They have sent me another part but that doesn’t get to me until a week later too. So that’s more loss of earnings unfortunately

Very poor customer service - hard to get a reply to basic questions, like when will I receive my order as it's near 2 weeks late. Receive a plug to convert to UK socket but nothing else. When I cancelled one item on the order, couldn't get it confirmed and still no refund. I have paid a lot of money and only received a plug! And can't get any updates.

It appears you have been untruthful in your email stating the hoist is being returned to you, when the truth is it’s awaiting payment of this invoice. You didn’t tell me that I would have to pay extra to receive your product or are you going to pay this fee? I’ve asked you some very simple questions and expect very honest replies please. I have had to hire a hoist because of these delays so will you compensate me for this expense, as you didn’t deliver when you said you would? Looking forward to your replies. Dave

I’m a lighting cameraman who also hires out props, I ordered a stretcher for a reconstruction and I was surprised how long it took to process & arrive from Spain. I’m in the UK and it took under a week hence my surprise a pleasant one though 😊 I paid the VAT before it left customs but no extra costs as I presumed there would be Ie Brexit etc. I don’t buy many new properties but some second hand ones were more expensive than buying it new! If I require anything again I will definitely be using this company. I heartily recommend Quirumed excellent service and no fuss.

I purchased a MDA . The delivery was good but it was no instruction on how to set up the equipment and the instruction for usage was copied and placed in the box. I have to say I had very high expectation of the company due to very good website but I do not think I will order any more from them. Even though , I send some emails to receive the instruction, the replay was poor. Do not recommend to order any from them. Definitely they are not using EU regulation for warranty .

It was really difficult to source a wheelchair with raised leg option for broken legs and I was a little worried about ordering from outside the uk. However, the wheelchair arrived in a timely manner and fits our needs perfectly. Plenty of adjustments available on the chair to fit sizes etc , although not big enough for someone over five foot nine. Luckily, required for someone below that height. Very pleased.

I ordered a ~ £700 hydraulic chair which arrived discoloured and sun damaged (the base). I am awaiting a resolution and will consider updating my review rating if dealt with satisfactorily. However, you'd think a pre inspection before dispatch would have highlighted such imperfections.

Hi, I have had no end of trouble with the delivery , I have waited in two full days and still hasn’t turned up when I got a email saying it was being delivered. It said the package was damaged and had to re package. This has been very stressful. Had to make so many phone calls with tntfedex delivery company. The legs do not fit into the base. They only way to get them in was to use a hammer and one of the legs has now broken. I am not at all happy with the stability of the uni now!

Product was at an excellent price, arrived quickly and was well made. Only down side (which I will not mark down for) was I was not aware that this product was from outside the UK so had a little extra "paper work" with customs. That being said however would not deter me from recommending them or using them again.

The Sibelmed basic sound proof booth is fantastic and easy to put together with two people. However, the light in the booth came wired incorrectly so luckily my husband was able to rectify this! Delivery of the booth was an absolute shambles. The booth travelled from Spain to Pontyclun with no problems….then it was stuck at the depot in Pontyclun because the company did not have the correct transport vehicle to deliver my booth. I had to arrange my own fork lift removal of the booth at my delivery address or wait god knows how long for the problem to be sorted.
