  I have had a very unpleasant experience. The parcel that was delivered to me came open, some products were missing and others had been broken. I’ve tried getting in touch with the support team via online forms, email and Instagram and I have had no replies. Very, very disappointed! Wish I would not have made the order.

  Goods received were not as described ie ordered Menthol Eucalyptol tissues but received just Eucalyptol. Not happy and sent an email of complaint but so far have not received a reply. Do not consider this to be good customer service. Would definitely not recommend this company.

  I have never founds Weleda items for better price anywhere else online, for the last 2 years I have been purchasing from Sanareva. Good delivery times and free delivery for orders over £80. Recommend them based on my experience with their website.

  I had been pretty satisfied with Sanareva before. Usually forget about my order and parcel would be delivered as soon as possible. Reasonable price although shipping adds up. But since a new change in delivery service and/ or Royal mail strike, I had to chase up my parcel to even find out where it was. No attempted delivery was made although it was written so on delivery agent website, no information given for more than 2 weeks. I have to chase up customer service for my parcel to find where it is, and how to collect it. Who has got time to do this? Is it worth the amount of energy to spend money and receive such a service? Then again maybe it's my fault for being in the UK. Must be the worst place ever to be since Brexit. Everything going downhill.

  I discovered the product I brought in Bergerac FRANCE and needed to get some more, so I went to Paris and went to 10 or more chemists to purchase it but could not find it at all..   I read the reviews for this company after I had completed my order and was frightened that I may never see my order. However, it did arrive, well packaged and complete. But, because it comes from overseas, it took several weeks to arrive, so had to purchase all the products again from a UK company as I was getting desperate. I don't have any complaints, but because it takes so long and the hefty P&P negates anything I saved on the products, I will be purchasing from UK based companies in the future.

  The problem is that it takes couple of weeks to get the products and few times was not sent the order and had to be cancelled and placed again delaying by a month to get it. They don’t have a phone number to call so it takes days to have it clarified by chat where the response gets back every couple of days.

  I’m very disappointed on your service as your products are fake. Vichy Deodorant Product was nothing like your description was saying. That was absolutely waist of my money and my time.   Dear Customer, Due to Brexit, we have had to change our courier fees. Our warehouse is based in France. Our new courier, Spring is the French partner of Royal Mail in the UK which we are currently offering at £8.40 and for which you are allowed free delivery for orders above £89. This service does not require any extra custom fees for orders up to £500. Sanareva commits to dispatching orders within 48 working hours. Once with our courier, your parcel should take from 4 to 6 working days to arrive at the delivery address indicated. Kind regards, Sanareva
