In general, the site is fairly easy to follow. The only downside, if there is one, is the fairly high cost of transport. Of course, since the company is outside of the UK, that cost is generally considered to be acceptable.

Verified reviewI was a bit nervous placing my order based on other reviews but I was only ordering soap so I thought I’d give it a go. I can’t really commment on delivery timeframe as I ordered just before Christmas amid postal strikes etc. but all that considered the delivery didn’t take too long and the product where what I ordered and in perfect condition so I would def use again
