I made a mistake myself by overlook the delivery time as I presume Sanareva.co.uk is based in the UK, which is not. So I was really distressed when I'm about to move. Contact the CS 2 hours before the committed dispatch time past and what I received at first is "the 48 hours haven't past yet and it should be dispatched today". Urgh, is it a bit too harsh for the customer who worried about missing the delivery since she is going to move? I do understand I need to wait 48 hours but it isn't unreasonable to enquire the company to change the address when 46 hours has past and still not dispatch. Thanks God that my parcel has arrived before I move, but there is something the CS could improve.

Very disappointed. Firstly, the items were not wrapped/packaged properly, it looked like they were literally thrown in a paper box. The two Weleda Birch juice bottles were completely broken and in pieces, the liquid has soaked the box and all other items which are now brown, dirty and smelly. Some of the packaging has mould on it. Secondly, I have contacted Sanareva twice via their contact form on the website, as well as via info@transactions.sanareva.co.uk and contact@sanareva.co.uk, none of which has been acknowledged or responded to. I have never received such a badly wrapped/packaged order and customer service. Truly very disappointing.

I have purchased several items from Sanareva and the goods arrive promptly. However the last couple of times the items - liquids - have been supplied in their small boxes then put into a plastic bag for despatch. No padding provided. The items in question were not damaged however the boxes were squashed and torn. The form of packaging for despatch would put me off ordering anything expensive.

Dear Diane, We do apologise for the condition in which they arrived after transit but the packaging being damaged does not allow any sort of compensation as long as the purpose of the product may still be served.We however would like to offer you a 5% refund as a commercial gesture of the damage. If this solution does not suit you we welcome you to send us the products back to receive a full refund, but we can't send you a return label at our own cost. We do used carboard paper to pack our parcels, however it can sometimes not be suffiscient for some products. We apoogize for the inconvenience caused, Kind regards, Sanareva

Still waiting for order to be fulfilled. Lost between sanareva and royal mail. Sanareva customer service not interested in resolving and will do nothing until 30 days has elapsed. Avoid this company!

Dear customer, We truly apologise for the inconvenience caused. The investigation has been opened but we still have not received any reply from the courrier. The delivery delay starts from the moment the order is dispatched by SANAREVA. The Client is informed that these observed delivery times are provided for information purposes only, and that they may vary according to circumstances. SANAREVA shall not be held liable in the event of longer delivery times, as long as the legal delivery period of 30 days is respected. If the legal deadline of 30 days is exceeded, the Customer has the right and possibility of cancelling the order and requesting a refund, if, after sending a formal notice by registered mail or by email to SANAREVA's Customer Service department asking them to make the delivery within a reasonable extension of time, SANAREVA has failed to do so within this new deadline. Refunds will be made at the Customer's discretion, in the form of a credit on the Customer's Sanareva Savings or a refund, and will be made within 14 days of the Customer's request for a refund at the latest. If we do not obtain a response by April 21st, we shall proceed to a full refund, or a replacement order, at your convenience. Kind regards, Sanareva

The website processed my order incorrectly. Although it displayed an error message, it took the payment twice and there was no easy way to contact staff to rectify. I have now received two orders (although I only received 1 order confirmation) and will have to return the extra item at my expense.
