Verified reviewThe ankle strap was not in stock so they cancelled that part of my order and I was offered a refund. I informed them to cancel the entire order as I did not wish to pay £8 delivery for a bottle of deodorant! They ignored and failed to respond to 4 separate emails and my money has still not been refunded to me, and despite my request they still sent out the bottle of deodorant and charged me accordingly! Poor customer service and they still have my money!!

Do you have entirely disjointed departments? That's patently untrue - I have had communications with Anna and Louis in your Customer Services dept in the course of a month while I wait resolution to the issue of 4 bottles of expensive and faulty product. Order #200321792
