Verified reviewMy issue relates to the shipping timings which aren't clear for your location. I selected a 2 day delivery but it wasn't made clear that the parcel was being shipped from somewhere else in europe and would take a week before my 2 day delivery service kicked in. The product was great, packaging good, but a bit of clarity on actual shipping times is needed. I brought a new racket after breaking a string on my current one and expecting this one in plenty of time for my match. It came 5 days too late (about 9 total days),,,,,

Verified reviewPickleball paddle. Very happy with the purchase. Item was as described and for a relative beginner like me a big step up in quality. The bat sound and plays better than my old one, also carbon fibre. I just hope the grit lasts longer, at the moment the spin attained is outrageous.

Not requires the receipt to be a pdf. The download is not a pdf. You should send pdf receipt as standard practice attached to email about confirmation/delivery. I still can't register the pala!
