Verified reviewTerrible Bad service. You sent me the wrong item (wrong grip on a tennis racket). You are slow to respond, I can't call, takes forever waiting for an agent. I need to return this and I need my money back today. Slow delivery. The worst. Thank goodness there are great companies like Amazon or else it would all be like this !
