  The products are nice and looking lovely. Although, one cannot expect much for bedside tables. However, the actual experience with ordering from the store has been rather frustrating. I wouldn't mention the fact that I had to wait for about five weeks to receive any update. The webpage clearly stated that the order may take up to six weeks to process. Also one wonders, what could possibly take that long. What I would mention is that I have received no information about the fact that my order would be sent in two bunches. Instead I got confirmation that it would be delivered and received just part of it on the day. Customer service, whilst helpful with providing the required information, took full 24 hours before coming back to me on basic queries. Long story short - if you want to order something, get ready to wait. Not just for the actual order to be ready, but also to receive it piece by piece, with no information/updates being sent to you in this regard.

  I ordered a basin and a vanity , upon receiving them I realised the vanity was damaged and Tikamoon especially daniella were very prompt in getting it returned and replaced . It was such a hassle free experience. Both the vanity and basin are good products .

  Very impressed with the quality of bedside table. Very solid wood. Lower than 5 score as one arrived damaged and whilst it was sorted out quickly and a replacement provided, given its the first time we have used them, I will settle on a 4 star but will be a returning customer.

  Worth the wait (about 5 weeks). Solidly built and exactly as described. Its worth being aware that only one of the two delivery men were prepared to bring the item into the property, requiring my help (fine for me, but not for everybody) - despite the information regarding delivery into the room of your choice.

  Nice products, website easy to use and order was shipped quickly. Item arrived ready assembled however there were a few quality issues on the finish. Customer services were great, giving me several options to choose from to resolve it. Whilst delivery costs were on the high side the items are all quite individual and whilst not the cheapest are fairly good value for money. Delivery would have been a challenge if living alone. They plonked the heavy item down on its side and left me to unwrap it. Had to wait for hubbie to manoeuvre it when he got back. Expected more for the cost of delivery.

  The online site was easy to navigate and the ordering process simple. The aesthetic quality of the items is very good. Less good is the lead in time for the order although within the quoted period was over 4 weeks. I had to contact the company for fixing instructions which when received they were woefully inadequate and little thought given to support a very heavy wall mounted unit.

  I bought a TV cabinet understanding that the delivery price (around £25) was as stated on my screen when I clicked 'buy'. My money left my account and I even got a message a day or two later saying it had dispatched. Then I got an email saying I had to pay another £120 for delivery since I live in Northern Ireland. This was the first mention of this extra fee. One of their suggestions to resolve the issue was to have it delivered to an address in England!!! I cancelled and got my money back (without interest).

Unfortunately, our shipping partner does not deliver to Northern Ireland and when your order was placed the correct shipping country was not selected, therefore the correct delivery fee was not been applied to your order. Unfortunately, your order was prepared as a UK mainland delivery and dispatched to our couriers in the UK who only then contacted us to let us know that your country was incorrect, it would have been necessary to change the shipping country option from UK Mainland, to Northern Ireland.   We purchased the Coline Duo Teak Washstand and Milano Team Mirror. We are very impressed with the quality. Please bear in mind that the wood is untreated, so if using in a bathroom then will need to be varnished or stained. Given made from Teak the products are very heavy and delivered fully assembled.

  I’ve bought three large items of furniture in the past year and all have been exactly as expected. Very solid sturdy pieces and well made. Love them all, highly recommend. The only issue I have is the delivery service is not very professional and rather unhelpful - complain about unboxing or taking to room of choice.

  Overall I was very happy with my order however one small thing which I didn't notice until I had thrown out the packaging the week later was a small chip out the front of TV unit(reason for 4 stars). Even though a couple weeks had passed since I received it, the customer service department still offered a small refund or gift voucher which I was grateful for as I should of had a proper look at the unit before setting it up and should of mentioned it sooner. Daniella who I was dealing with was very helpful and friendly and I can't fault her in any way. Based on the customer service and quick delivery of the items I would definitely order again and recommend Tikamoon.
