  Easy to use site, beautiful items. I was initially disappointed with the length of time the delivery was going to take (6 weeks) as it was being made and travelling from Indonesia. However, it was worth it when it arrived as the item is beautiful. Communication was good too regarding the delivery - initially it was scheduled to arrive whilst I was away. However, a simple adjustment to the delivery date allowed me to reschedule it.

  Website was easy to navigate and order from. We were kept well notified about delivery dates and times. However, we ordered a bathroom vanity unit in solid hardwood. We were told it would be delivered to a nominated room but when it arrived we were told they couldn't take it upstairs. It was left in the middle of the living room and we had to move it to the upstairs ourselves

The only feedback is that the little black stickers on the gold hook and vase were really hard to remove so I had to use a washing up sponge and this then scratched the surface a little. It would be better to not have them on the products. Everything else was excellent.

  Very pleased with the overall experience with Tikamoon. I bought a TV stand, 2 console tables and a coffee table via 3 orders. I was surprised with the quick delivery responses for all items (1 to 2 weeks overall). The items were safely packaged and had no issues with faulty or damaged items. The pieces are all high standards and excellent quality, very pleased with the wood works, stone and metal frames for the different pieces. I also spoke to customer service and they were very attentive and responsive in dealing with my request. Overall excellent experience and I can safely reccomend Tikamoon. Keep up the great services!   I ordered a grey Orion Terrazzo vessel basin from Tikkamoon. It was as described except the finish had a quartz 'bitty' effect in it. The online image appeared more like a concrete effect. Only after I received it did I read reviews that had mentioned also being unaware of this effect. I could probably have returned it but wasn't confident about repackaging it - the rim of the basin had already broken through the polystyrene packaging during transit. It's a nice basin, just not exactly what is expected.

  Definitely recommend Tikamoon as first class service from customer service to delivery and collection of first unsuitable sink. So happy with second marble sink it looks stunning at a reasonable price. Amazed that I was refunded even for the delivery charge and received refund the following day.

  The cabinet looked fabulous but draws were a really poor fit so the item was returned. I was a bit surprised not to be offered a replacement instead of a refund. The return and refund was handled swiftly and efficiently.

  The product is a great piece of workmanship although was unfinished and needed an oil . Delivery was well communicated but when arrived refused to deliver in house saying product wouldn’t fit when clearly it did .

  After a long wait to receive my order, imagine my disappointment receiving the tv stand I ordered with a piece of the furniture broken. More needs to be done with your packaging/ logistics arrangements because receiving a broken product left a bitter taste in my mouth and I wouldn't be coming back to purchase anything from your organisation. Even though I had a bad experience with your product, It would be an unfair review if I didn't highlight that the return process was smooth and I was reimbursed within days.

  It was easy to navigate the site; our sideboard took nearly six weeks to be delivered, but we had been warned. Two men delivered it on time, they were very friendly, and they delivered it to the room we wanted. It exceeded expectations & looks very smart in our dining room. Good quality.

  Absolutely excellent customer services and Gorgeous bedside table! Lovely quality and great price! My son changed his mind - i don't know why i thought it was Fantastic and the reurns policy is amazing! I would definitely buy from them again!

  Delivery took some time understandably due to Covid. Unfortunately when I received my console table it was damaged on delivery but Tracey at Tikamoon responded and arranged a replacement ASAP and I received my console table within a matter of days. I was Really pleased how quick the process was and I got my console table set up and enjoy how wonderful my hallway looks now! Thank you

  What I liked most from my experience of ordering/buying three different countertop basins was 1) easy amd fast communication with Tikamoon ie you can speak to a human with hardly any wait on the phone- in case you need to clarify sth 2) one of the basins came chipped probably in transport and there was minusie at all to return it and be reimbursed 3) the lady on the other end is very helpful and all round nice 4) the basins are really as you see them, good quality, make the bathrooms look stylish, elegant

  I'm overall satisfied with my order. I'm very pleased with the bamboo ladder/towel rail...my first Tikamoon purchase which I thought was super affordable! The quality of the carpentry is great and the bamboo is strong & looks so nice! The only reason I've not given 5 stars is I was initially given a long estimated delivery period. It turns out it could be delivered much sooner than expected which is obviously better than the other way round.
