  Tikamoon has a really good selection of furniture and accessories though I find navigating the site a little tortuous at times but that may just be me. I really like the style and quality of Tikamoon products most of which seem unique to them. Delivery was spot on. We've had a lot of trouble with deliveries as on a new development but Tikamoon's delivery company were able to locate us with no problems. Really happy customer!

  We have brought two beautiful pieces from Tikamoon and they haven’t disappointed. The bookcase and coffee table look stunning in our lounge and have finished it off so well. The furniture is so well built and is such good quality so totally worth the price tag . Really pleased with it

  Unfortunately there was a small dent in a corner of the console table I ordered, but Tikamoon quickly offered a return or a 50% discount. I was happy to accept the latter.

  The item was not as to colour on the website, it was a lot darker than the picture. Overall experience with tikamoon was good, however the bad rating is due to delivery experience which was awful. Two rude delivery men were over an hour late into the evening, which I appreciate can happen. But they clearly didn’t want to lift the item into the upstairs room (even though room of your choice delivery option was chosen). I was then told if they did it would damage my walls as the box was dirty. I then had to wipe the box down and they extremely reluctantly lift the item up the stairs - funnily enough it didn’t scuff the walls, the delivery company just didn’t want to fulfil their obligation then stormed out. Unpleasant experience

  Delighted with the product and happy with the service overall. My only complaint was regarding the delivery. Information received stated that furniture would be delivered to room of choice however distancing would have to be adhered to due to Covid 19, which I fully appreciated. On the day of delivery they refused to deliver any further than the front door. This left me having to find a neighbour to help me get the item of furniture into the house. Whilst I fully appreciate the extra precautions required at the present time I think it would be useful to communicate to customers that delivery to a room of choice is not available at the present time, helping to manage customer expectations. This aside, the product was well packaged and as described on the website. This is the second time I have ordered from this company and would not hesitate to do so again.

  First shopping experience with Tikamoon, and it won’t be the last. We were very happy with the style of shelving unit we found on their excellent website so were eagerly awaiting the arrival. Delivery was excellent considering Covid restrictions, however after removing the very substantial protective wrapping it was obvious it was damaged. This was disappointing and I was not relishing the thought of trying to get the situation resolved. One email to Customer Service and another unit was quickly on the way And this one was perfect. A real surprise to have great back up nowadays. Thanks Tikamoon.

  We have been really disappointed with tikamoon and the service we received. We were so excited about treating ourselves and ordering from there but we feel we have been really let down. We ordered a vanity unit which we loved. It arrived with lots of scratches and damages from the workmanship. So we asked for a new one to be sent out. This never got sent out and apparently got lost in the warehouse and this was not communicated. We were offered a 50% compensation which I do not think was good enough. This also completely messed up our plans with our bathroom fitters and because of this our bathroom still isn’t complete after 6 weeks. Just so disappointed overall with Tikamoon and would not use them again unfortunately.

  Purchasing the item was fairly easy. We purchased the cabinet as a bedroom furniture and the website had a discount on the same item as a kitchen furniture. So we contacted the customer service and they applied the same discount when asked to. The item arrived on time. The delivery company, BJS, initially refused to bring the cabinet upstairs. They said it was too heavy (53.5kg), that normally the item goes in the kitchen (not their business) and that the small print in the T&C said they can refuse to carry the item upstairs (no where in the t&c it says that). Eventually, after threatening to defuse the delivery they carried it up. Once out of the package (seems absurd you are expected to unpack a wardrobe yourself) we noticed a crack inside the door. We arranged a new delivery with the customer service. We were expected to repackage the item ourselves with original packaging for the delivery company to pick up. Somehow we did it and we got the new item in (this time no arguments with BJS as a different team was on the delivery that day). Unfortunately the new item has scratches and faults. So disappointing. We agreed on a partial refund with Tikamoon as I did not want to go through the repackaging again. It would have been 1 star but the prepared and responsive customer service team gets 1 more star. Will not purchase large items from tikamoon again. Too much money for too much effort.

  The website is very easy to use and find the item you are looking for. There are some amazing things on Tikamoon. There was an issue when it came to delivery as we live on a remote Scottish island. Anyone would think it was a different planet yet there are deliveries by post everyday. An email conversation with some helpful folks in customer service eventually got our order on the way. It arrived promptly and in good condition. Thank you customer services but your delivery policy should be updated.

  I ordered the metric sheesham sideboard and tv unit and the sheesham Z shaped nest of side tables. They are fantastic quality, time of delivery was great, I spoke with the customer service team re a query about the tv unit and they came back to me within a day with a response which I thought was excellent. recommended this company to multiple friends who are decorating at the moment. Furniture that will last and is worth every penny.

  The goods ordered, an Oak mirror, arrived on time and was well packaged. Unfortunately the backing silver of the mirror was damaged in multiple places. Tikamoon was quick to offer me a £100 credit or a £7o cash discount. This was declined so they organised a collection of the mirror and a replacement at the same time.I have yet to receive the new mirror.

Delivery service itself was rather shoddy as they company claimed they couldn't help put together the item due to Covid and simply left it in the kitchen in 2 giant boxes. There are no regulations preventing assistance in this regard; I have ordered plenty of furniture in the last several months and it was delivered + put together + packaging removed). I rather think the delivery company is trying to reduce its overhead / increase delivery efficiency at the cost of service? In my case, assembly was incredibly difficult as the product came in 2 halves totalling almost 80kg, where installation involved heaving one piece (50kg) on top of the other.
