  Received excellent customer services from Tikamoon. An item of furniture I ordered turned up damaged, most likely due to the fault of the courier, but Tikamoon replaced the item straight away and organised a swift collection of the damaged item. They offered 4 options to replace or refund the item.

  I cannot rate this company highly enough. We ordered a TV cabinet which we were very pleased with. However we decided after a few weeks that it needed to be a larger piece of furniture. I found another on the website and rang the company. They arranged for the original to be collected and delivered the new one no problem at all. The customer service was second to none. The furniture we have had is well made and looks great.

  We found the Tikamoon website easy to navigate. We received delivery of our item within the time line given. Customer service were very helpful with technical details as well as no issues with regards to sending out a replacement wash basin twice as the ones we received were damaged. Received replacements promptly.

  I ordered 2 stone sinks & in fairness both were very nice & one turned up undamaged absolutely fine. The second one was broken, company was very good & sent out a replacement but unfortunately also turned up broken in same place so finally had to give up and request a refund for second sink so I could source from elsewhere. Can’t fault the customer service. Just looked like poor packaging of items- No protection on the corners of sinks.

  Our order arrived and unfortunately the wood was slightly darker than we expected. I contacted Tikamoon Customer Service. The item was collected within 2 days and a full refund was in our account a day later. I would not hesitate to order from them again, amazing service.

  Customer support is only open mon - fri which leaves no support for weekend deliveries. When I finally got through, staff were really unhelpful and didn’t seem to care. Ultimately a 4 week wait for a £600 item that was cancelled with delivery due in 1hr, with no support from team. This was extremely disappointing as we thought spending a little more would get us a hassle-free experience. Avoid if you can.

  I normally don’t give reviews, unless if disappointed; however, I felt obliged to give tikamoon one, following the purchase of a large TV unit and a drinks cabinet. Both were absolutely stunning, excellently packaged with clear instructions for assembly. The delivery service was one of the bests I have experienced, with constant updates via email, sms and phone call. Tikamoon might be somewhat expensive, but I promise you, the quality and service are there.

  I placed an order for a bathroom marble basin with Tikamoon. It took a long time for it to be made and delivered which I accepted as the CoronaVirus lock down had started My new bathroom was postponed until September. After installation of the basin I noticed a hole on the inside. This got worse when water got into it. The basin started to crumble away! Tikamoon issued a refund and apologised so we ordered another. We had to wait a further five weeks for delivery. it arrived the end of October! On inspecting the second basin we found small holes and many imperfections on the inside of the basin. obviously there are serious defects in the materials used to make these basins? I sent this one back too. Got another refund and bought Another basin elsewhere which is perfect and delivered within in 3 working days!

However the item wasn’t varnished, which wasn’t in the product description so I have had to buy varnish myself and paint.   There were 11 faults with the vanity unit. It looked as though it had been dropped. Joints did not fit, drawers not aligned, and there were dents particularly in the corners and packaging. The delivery men were polite and friendly, but obviously had had no training in lifting and carrying and we had to show them how to carry safely. Customer service was excellent and we were refunded within the timescale specified.

  The bed itself looked very nice but it's not made obvious on the website that this is a EU Kind size, which is different from UK King size. So our mattress did not fit on it. Should be made more obvious as when you order from a UK site you expect to order UK king size.

  Order was processed quickly and delivery was made 2 months later, issue in delivery meant that one basin was badly damaged in transit, packaging was flimsy and pieces of broken polystyrene were used to pack it out and hold basin in place, these obviously moved and left basin exposed. quick call to customer services and replacement was processed so now waiting on this to arrive.

  I ordered this item after seeing a pamphlet and went straight to the website which was easy to navigate. It arrived pretty swiftly and was very well packaged. I decided to return it as it wasnt quite right for my needs They were delightful on the phone and came to collect it from me within two days and the refund followed swiftly afterwards.

  I ordered the tv cabinet and coffee table. Both were of excellent quality. They arrived beautifully packaged. With lots of protection so no dints could possibly occur.

  So pleased I found Tikamoon! No hesitancy in completing this review - Excellent all round!! Website great - clear pictures and good to view close up. Ordering easy and quick delivery - wrapped / packaged well. Absolutely love our walnut TV unit - it looked good on-line but even better in real - heavy, solid, beautifully made and looks really stylish!
