  Absolutely beautiful sink, vanity unit and cabinet. Sturdy and well made, would definitely use Tikamoon again. Delivery was in line with expectations and returning an item (which couldn't be used due to space) was super easy and quick.

  Very poor service. It took forever to receive the item as the drivers do not have cell phones to call or leave a note behind. Item arrived completely broken and still waiting to hear whether a new will be sent as out if stock

  Many thanks for your honest review. I can see that the delivery was attempted within the 10 days and failed due to the doorbell not working. A re-delivery was booked and succeeded. I can see that the item was unfortunately damaged in transport and the customer service team offered to refund you the full cost of the unit with the initial delivery cost. A replacment unit has been placed and will be delivered when back in stock.

  Although I ended up returning the item I ordered due to it not fitting with my decor at home - I can’t fault Tikamoom, quality of item is superb and the delivery and returns prices super smooth - they refund your delivery cost which is a amazing gesture considering that buying online is more difficult than physically viewing an item in a shop. I would recommend them to anyone who likes quality furniture and I will definitely use them again as and when the need arises!

  The delivery was late. When the unit arrived it was damaged. They offered me a discount on the product. Had to send back an shot a full refund. Not all tikamoon's fault, but a bad experience all and all. Won't order again because of my experience. Nice products but once bitten twice shy.

  An incorrect item was delivered, which was inconvenient, but a genuine mistake. I felt that the delivery company (BJS Distribution) could have taken the item away as we spotted it and challenged on the doorstep, but they were not interested. I contacted Tikamoon on Saturday afternoon, they responded on Monday morning to arrange delivery of the correct item, I made it clear that I need the incorrect item taken away within the next week as the box was very large and we had work going on in our house the following week, we had to move the box. From there things started getting a little shaky, they were trying to find the correct item with the delivery company, fair enough, but despite us chasing it took too long with some weak excuses (which in fairness sounded like delivery company bulls**t). The ladies my wife and I talked to were friendly and helpful. There were also several confusing autogenerated emails from the delivery company, which I found frustrating. In the end after more chasing on the phone and a bit of pressure, they delivered the correct furniture (which is great) and took away the wrong one in one visit. I felt there was an opportunity to listen to our needs and respond in a clearer way, that's why I scored a 3 out of 5 for service. The furniture was very nice and got a five star review.

  I found the website very easy to navigate and place my order. I love the product (console table). It is very stylish and perfect in my room. I had a problem with delivery (wrong table delivered) but James at Tikamoon was brilliant and sorted it out swiftly with a good outcome. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

  I have ordered several times from TikaMoon and really like their products - so these I have no fault with at all. However I think they’re let down by their delivery partner. Furniture delivered to the door and no further is not very helpful and whilst I understand the restrictions around CoVID this is not the policy I have experienced with other firms I’ve used in the current crisis and would stop me ordering again.

  Was the first time I have used Tikamoon,wasn’t a lot of correspondence with the company, so was a wee worried, but nothing to worry about as the delivery was within the quoted time scale and the delivery guys were spot on. Did call about another couple pieces I was interested in (I have now order one of them) and the guy on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful.

  Really happy with both the sink and bathroom cabinet I bought. Both are really high quality and look exactly like the pictures. Best bit is there's no flat packed furniture just pop the legs on and done. They were even able to deliver sooner than the 6 weeks which fitted perfectly in with my bathroom being fitted this week. Will be buying again thank you.

  We had to return our item due to being unsuitable (couldn’t get it through the door due to size) absolutely no problem to return, they were extremely understanding and refunded us immediately!!!   Over the moon with the quality and customer service. This was our second purchase and will definitely be ordering again. A special thanks to Laura who sorted out an item received which had a couple of small damages to! Within the week our damaged console table had been picked up and replaced with a perfect one. No hesitation! A big thank you.

  I absolutely love my vanity from Tikamoon, in my opinion there is no better place to buy bathroom furniture. It is well built, ( commented on by all our tradesmen) beautiful and sturdy. Customer service is fantastic, I had to contact them a few times and they were always attentive, friendly and helpful.

  The delivery company Tikamoon use are brilliant. I’ve never experienced communication like it! The vanity unit itself was of a high quality and was packaged really well. Sadly we didn’t keep the unit as I got the size wrong! The returns process was simple and again great communication with the company collecting. We had our refund very quickly and I won’t hesitate to use Tikamoon again for future purchases.

  Very pleased to be able to have the opportunity to speak to helpful and knowledgeable staff prior to making a purchase, this gave me reassurance that I was dealing with a company that was committed to providing an excellent service. Pictures on the website were a true reflection of the product when it arrived, also liked the idea of the way the sites furniture was "dressed" with other items for sale on the site as it gave me a picture as to how these would look in situ in my rooms.
