  I am very happy with the coffee table I ordered. I was given the date of delivery when I ordered and it was delivered on time. Well packed. It is just what I wanted. It was extremely heavy for me to move but managed it in short stages. Looks great in my extension.

  I ordered my table as I had been looking for a specific size. I was bit nervous as I've never ordered furniture without see it first. Communication was excellent with updates all the way through to let me know, wher the parcel was at each stage. When it arrived I was really surprised at how it was packed, unless it was put through a crusher, I would say it was packed so it would never have got damaged. I was really impressed, and will definitely buy again, they have some other unusual pieces i have my eye on. Well done TikaMoon. A real company with quality affordable products.

  This TV unit is beautiful. I would have given 5 stars but one of the drawers doesn't run smoothly. I couldn't face the inconvenience of having to try and get it fixed or replaced. It looks lovely in my livingroom and as long as you don't open and close the dodgy drawer it's perfect.

  Disappointing first purchase as item was badly marked. Prompt response from customer service to arrange refund or other return choices. Instructions for collection of damaged goods unclear. Emails from customer service team failed to open on two occasions making communication difficult. Second console table received quickly and no damage to this item. Console table looks lovely in hall.

  Unfortunately we were unable to keep the mirrors as they weren’t a suitable colour. But the customer service were amazing . Thank you. We have had the Soho teak wash stand from Tikamoon before and it’s so lovely.

  Tikamoon site was a dream to navigate. I ordered the turquoise cabinet. Delivery was fully in line with Covid guidelines. The cabinet can only be described as a stunning feature piece! Although the colour was more green than blue I just love it! Delivery to N. Ireland was expensive and worth every penny. When I rang Tikamoon I got to speak to the loveliest people who sorted out my queries almost immediately. I am now awaiting my 2nd delivery from Tikamoon, my red Yuki wardrobe. Cannot wait M

  We first ordered the Yong Mahogany TV Unit 130, which arrived within 10 days. Unfortunately the TV Unit was damaged so we called customer support, who were brilliant, they organised a collection within 3 working days and in the meantime we saw that this unit was no longer available so we decided to changed for the Temis Acacia TV Cabinet 160, again customer service was five stars. When this new TV Unit arrived we were very happy. It was well built and it looked great in our lounge. Overall we had an excellent experience with Tikamoon and highly recommend them.

  The only reason why I haven’t given 5 stars is because the quality of my Oliver Sheesham coffee was terrible. It had multiple faults. HOWEVER, my Oliver TV stand is outstanding and the customer service for the replacement coffee table was superb. The replacement unit is fantastic.

  I love, love, love, my new sink. We converted an old pine chest ( a lot cheaper than those online which are around £800), and the sink looks perfect on it. Feels really solid, and as though it was 'meant' to be there. It's a great size, and has a nice depth to it. Delivery was good, and it was really well packaged.

  The piece of furniture we ordered is fabulous. Really well made and looks so stylish. We felt there could have been more information and updating about the delivery date. I eventually phoned because of the length of time which elapsed post order and pre delivery. We have since received an email from you telling us how to care for our furniture, but ours is Oak and that wood is not mentioned. So, some information on that would be gratefully received.

  We ordered our console table, delivery was quick and the table was well packed however when assembled we were not happy with some of the natural markings on the table and therefore contacted Tikamoon to share our disappointment. They responded quickly and sent us another table much quicker than we had expected. The whole process was professional and easy with great customer service and understanding.
