  Many thanks for your honest review. All of our items are handmade using natural wood from our small workshops in Indonesia. It is normal for wood to vary in both colur and grain. I can see that you have received compensation for this unit.

  After an extended wait my mirror eventually arrived. The courier company were supposed to have contacted me in advance to advise of the day and approximate time they would be delivering, but they didn’t get in touch and thankfully it happened that I was at home to take the delivery. I had some reservations about whether the colour of the wood surround would be as shown in the photo on the website. Unfortunately, it was darker than anticipated and had a green tinge which didn’t match or complement my existing furniture. I rang Tikamoon In December 2020 to organise a return and was dealt with by a very pleasant and helpful lady. However, I have not yet been given a date for collection as there were some issues with the courier company pre Brexit which I assume, it now being January 2021, will soon be resolved.

  Customer service was excellent! I made a few phone calls to check on a couple of things, and each time they were dealt with and generously and brilliantly. Thank you for sending the technical drawing of the Anoa media unit - the accurate dimensions were most helpful. Even ensuring my 'introduction by a friend' was honoured. The communications regarding the delivery were accurate and were met perfectly. The item arrived wrapped incredibly well and was in perfect condition. We are very pleased with the quality and style. It is not made clear though that the oak unit arrives unfinished. So its bare wood and need oiling.

  Unfortunately my purchase arrived badly damaged and was not fit for purpose However when it was reported to Tikamoon they were very sympathetic and offered a refund or reduction in cash or credit straight away I opted for a cash refund as I was not intending the cabinet for a public room and I was able to have the cabinet repaired but on closer it was somewhat over priced Had I seen the item in person before purchase I am not sure I would have paid £480 the discounted price of £230 was probably nearer the correct price as the finish was not high class as indeed the packaging was of very poor quality However I will agree Tikamoon did deal with my problem quickly and efficiently

  Beautiful bathroom vanity unit , looks amazing in our bathroom. Delivery and updates were great once despatched. The unit was slightly damaged upon delivery But this was dealt with really well by TikaMoon , I can’t rate the customer service enough!

  The Jonak teak vanity unit is excellent quality and looks good we are very pleased with it - however Tikamoon do not make it clear that this product need treating to prevent water staining - I had to find this out for ourselves after we had installed it - the treatment process is very easy but it would have been preferable to do this before installation and would have appreciated to fully understood what we needed to do from the outset.

  This was our first order and we were a bit curious about furniture made in Indonesia distributed by a company in France and delivered to the UK. Pre-ordering service was very good, Tikamoon rapidly e-mailed exact internal and external dimensions so we could be sure of what we were getting. We received the unit faster than the estimated delivery date and it was delivered in perfect condition.

  Had to return one item due to breakage. Original and replacement deliveries had a foul smell. Replacement delivery has scratches. Both times packaging was obviously open and poorly handled.

  Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with the delivery company. My very heavy TV stand was literally delivered to my front doorstep. They just drop and go. So you are left to carry it in yourself. I understand social distancing rules because of covid. But I think I would have ordered from elsewhere as I live on my own. Had I known this. I have had other pieces of furniture delivered from other companies very recently and they have been a lot more helpful.

  Ordered a mirror from Tikamoon it came within a week of ordering only issue was it was smashed to bits, this had to be down to the delivery service as it was packed very well. Contacted customer service who could not have been more helpful and sent another mirror out straight away, 7 days later it came and again it was broken and again I would blame the delivery service, again contacted customer service who again were understanding and very helpful. Another mirror was sent out came 6 days later and it now hanging in our bathroom and looks great. Thank you

  Good service from Tikamoon, but the item we ordered took 4 months to arrive, which we expected. The communication with Tikamoon was good before/after purchase and delivery though. They accepted our return and refunded us in full almost immediately without question, so that is good.

  I've had an interesting experience with Tikamoon, I ordered a set of shelves from them, that arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Next I ordered a pair of bedside tables, one of which was in perfect condition, but the other had a broken drawer and was generally put together poorly (joints not flush). When I contacted tikamoon about this they replied quickly and gave me a few options. I decided to return and replace the faulty one, I was told at the time that it would be a six week wait because the item was currently out of stock, which I accepted. After a few weeks I decided that actually I would prefer to get store credit for the returned table and order a different set of bedside tables (and use the good original one in another room). Tikamoon had no problem sorting this out for me, and during this whole process replied quickly to emails. However when the new tables arrived one of them was broken again. this time the top piece of wood was cracked and part of it hanging off. By this point I was tired of dealing with customer service and elected to fix it myself. So although I think that the furniture that Tikamoon sell can be excellent and their customer service is good, I'm not sure if I can bring myself to order anything else from them due to the risk of it arriving damaged.

  Great furniture, at great prices, my only quibble is customer service, I got in touch to ask about a delivery date, every item has separate delivery costs but I had to wait for all the furniture to be delivered together, some had a 10 day delivery another 6 weeks. Got a very curt response re delivery date. Pretty poor custome4 service 🥺

  Nice site to use, unfortunately our coffee table was damaged. It looked like the box had been dropped in a puddle and it smelt strongly of wee. When unpackaged the table was chipped. Very disappointing. However the customer service to return was perfect. And shipping was refunded.

  My TV unit is lovely. If a great quality and packaged well. Great updates on when my product will be delivered. The delivery guys also brought it into the house despite being advised it would be dumped on my doorstep. That was nice :)

  It’s beautiful table, heavy and very good quality as I expected it. But I’m a bit annoyed that it’s written in the description it arrive assembled. It wasn’t arrived assembled but it was easy to be assembled .

  I have rated your site high because your CS and order processing was excellent. However, You really have to look at your distribution partners! My order was dispatched on 4 Dec. it arrived into Belfast on 14 Dec. I have phoned and emailed the courier several times, but have had no response. It’s rude not to receive any response at all! Makes no sense why it has not yet been delivered. Extremely disappointed as this was a Xmas Gift.
