  The unit came with the soft close broken. I dont understand why they would design the unit with the bottom section not as wide. This limits the space inside. Make sure you securely fix the unit to the wall as the basin is very heavy. I had to modify and drill holes in the unit so a could use masonary screws at various positions. The hole for the sink wasn't big enough therefore i had to jigsaw this bigger to enable my to fit the plug from underneath the basin. Basically, massive design flaws but it does look very good!

  Easy to navigate and purchase, delivery a bit too long and also came with several damage. Customer service effective, offer a free replacement but was going to take 4 months to be delivered, unacceptable, had to end up taking some cash to pay for a local carpenter to come and get it fix. With all the other webs and companies selling furniture I won’t bother buying again from them. Not worth it

  Many thanks for your honest review. I can see that your order arrived with some minor damaged caused in the shipping of the product. I can see that our customer service team provided a large refund for the damage in order to cover the costs of repairs.

  The vanity unit is lovely and I'm really pleased with it - it stands out from all the others on the market. I wouldn't say that the website gives especially helpful pictures and it wasn't made clear that I would have to varnish the wood myself. It was also a bit disappointing to find that the drawers don't have a soft-close mechanism. For this price, that should be standard and so I will have to change these myself. In terms of the delivery, the delivery guys happened to be the rudest men I have met in my life. I phoned Tikamoon immediately afterwards to report.

  The lead time was longer than we would have liked but based on the current situation, we were happy to wait for the order. Once we received advice of the delivery everything went relatively well. Delivery notifications were good and when the goods arrived they were well packaged. The table itself is fantastic and good quality and sturdily built. It was easy to construct and all the screws were in a convenient pack well labelled and great instructions. we are very happy with our purchase

  Everything was fine although it would have helped if the website had stated that there would be no inside deliveries because of a COVID - whereas I understand the issues I wasn’t told about this until the delivery date had been set - this left a very heavy piece of furniture to be my handled by two 70 year olds! It’s not that I wasn’t satisfied with the delivery it was just that there wasn’t any mention of the change in delivery arrangements when we ordered the item. In the end we had to get other people in to get the item in and upstairs.

  Good easy to navigate website with some nice products. Ordering was easy and order confirmation was immediate. The lead time for my order was met, however as it was quite a long lead time (6weeks) an order update would have been appreciated just to reassure that things were still in hand and being processed. This wouldn’t deter me from shopping with tikamoon again.

  I bought a mirror before Xmas as a present allowing plenty of delivery time however it arrived inadequately packaged and was completely smashed. Customer service were quick to reply however redelivery was slow and the replacement didn't arrive before Xmas. I was also left with the old one (which is their policy) and I now have to travel to the tip during COVID to dispose of it myself. I have no issue with the product however the overall experience was not good and I therefore cannot recommend!

  Many thanks for your honest review. Please accept our apologies that your unit got damaged during delivery. I can see that your replacement mirror was delivered within our 10 day delivery time frame and with no damage. Please kindly be advised, that our warehouse is based in France, and it does not make environmental sense to bring a broken mirror all the way back to France, just to have it diposed of their. This policy is in place to help us reduce our carbon foot print.

We can only hold an order before it has been dispatched, unless it is a large item which can held for 2 weeks by the logistics company. Your order was delivered with a different logistics company who cannnot hold orders. I can see that the order was delivered ok and no further action was needed.

  The Jonak TV unit is a great piece of furniture. Quite a but of heft to it, and goes well with other solid wood furniture. Delivery was efficient and very quick. Only slight downside is that some of the sliding doors were not exactly flush - they were a little sloped at one end. A minor defect in the make.

Due to the number of deliveries the drivers make each day, it puts them at a much higher risk of catching and potentially spreading the COVID virus.

  I’m more than pleased with tikamoon service and product. I can’t walk past my cabinet without admiring the craftsmanship. It looks wonderful in my lounge.

  Communication was good. Delivery reliable. But so disappointed that the item we received had clearly been previously fitted. The unit was damaged and covered in sealant at all junctions where it must have been fitted before. Tikamoon offered 33% discount for us to keep the sink, but it looked second hand and was not suitable to install in a new home. They arranged to collect the sink and did so without unnecessary delay. Although full refund has not been received yet, I have no reason to believe that it won’t be refunded promptly. I would consider using them again, but would want assurances that goods to be delivered were new and undamaged.
