  Well everything arrived on time and the delivery guys were very helpful. I loved the pieces we bought but unfortunately the metal frames on the Bookshelves were distorted. This was obviously due to a major crush in transit. I rang and sent photos of the damage and I was promised a new delivery in 10 days. I have the new bookshelves in my office to sit alongside the other I now have the items and they look great. Good service and good response.

  I ordered a TV unit from Tikamoon in November with an estimated 3 week delivery. After 3 weeks and no update I contacted customer service and was notified that this would be delayed due to hold ups with ship arrivals in the UK. The delivery date would now be end of December. I was give the option to cancel completely or receive a refund on shipping cost. I opted for the shipping cost refund I thought communication was good and the options reasonable. The order was despatched on 30th December and delivered on 7th January 2021. Once the box was opened I noticed damage to the unit, there was no visible damage to the packaging. I took photos and contacted Tikamoon immediately. They responded quickly with option for a replacement unit which could take 6 weeks (and might also be damaged), partial cash refund or voucher for a slightly higher amount to spend on their website. After some deliberation we took the cash refund as having already waited 7 weeks for the unit we didn’t want to wait another 6 weeks for a potentially damaged replacement unit. I thought the customer service was prompt and fair with their options for refund/replacement. If I’d understood that the until was going to be shipped from overseas I probably wouldn’t have bought it and would have looked elsewhere for a more local supplier.

  Really great customer service. I was kept updated throughout and telephoned the day before and on the day my order was due to be delivered. My only complaint would be that the delivery men didn't take the package to my room. They just left it in the doorway. I asked if they could just leave it in the living room instead (social distancing being adhered to of course) but they refused. Given it isn't a flat pack, it was an extremely heavy item that I couldn't move by myself and had to call someone in and pay them to take it to my room and assemble it. I understand covid has made things very difficult but if you've ordered an extremely heavy piece of furniture that isn't a flat pack that one can take upstairs piece by piece, surely, part of the service should be to ensure the product is placed in a suitable area of the house so that it doesn't BLOCK the doorway.

  I love the range of furniture which Tikamoon is offering. I’m doing some renovations to my house and, as I usually look for something a bit different, stumbled upon Tikamoon. Quality is excellent. Communication is excellent as is customer service.

  Ordered stools but not packaged well so had to keep sending them back as damaged. Took another chance and ordered a mirror. Turned up smashed in flimsy packaging. Refunds given promptly but will not be shopping with this company again. They need to sort out their packaging. Such a waste of goods and everyone's time and money.

We would like to highlight that our furniture is hand crafted in Indonesia by a small workshop we are cooperating with.  Our products are not machine manufactured.   The small inconsistencies found within the texture and alignment of the wood - which are a result of the hand-crafted nature of the product - mean you’ll acquire an entirely unique piece of furniture. In our view, this is a special feature and adds character to our furniture - each item you purchase from Tikamoon is unique.

  Many thanks for your honest review. Due to Brexit and the new customs regualations we have had many delays getting our products into the UK. Once these problems were sorted, there is a of course a natural backlog of orders trying to get through border control. I can see that you were kept up to date throughout the delay with what was happening. I can see that your unit has now been delivered with no further issues.

  We love the sideboard and it really makes a great addition to our dining room. We did approach Tikamoon over a question about whether the shelves were removable and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent company. Very highly recommended.

  Very pleased with table, well made, sturdy. Absolutely perfect. It’s taken me months to find a table to fit a certain space in my living room, and this is it! Delivery was held up by Brexit (January 2021) and there were some confusing tracking between France and UK but phone call to company sorted everything out, no hold time to speak of either, and when table arrived there was no extra import charges to settle. I shall definitely be buying a second table fairly soon. I would add that the courier wouldn’t wait for me to unpack the box unless it had been damaged in transit but it was well packed inside and in excellent condition.

  Really good example of e-commerce. All the info I needed to make a purchasing decision. They have some visually interesting furniture, reading around their site, it appears they have a philosophy and particular approach to designing/sourcing furniture. They kept my attention and I went ahead with my purchase - and glad I did. I ordered a Bonnie Sheesham TV Cabinet 150, which was slightly reduced (Dec 20). I wasn't sure what to expect as so many - what looks like - hipster/boutiquey-never-seen-before, e-retailers litter the web. Quite often you receive a lesser product, enforcing the lesson we all seem to forget and like to relearn - you get what you pay for. Actually this wasn't the cheapest purchase, mid market, which gave me some optimism when placing the order. When it arrived we were very surprised by the quality and weight in the furniture - it absolutely passes for quality item and it's visually very appealing. Quite a design piece. Better than an MDF equivalent from a branded store or basic purveyor of furnishings like Oak furniture what's it... The only fault I would add was the delivery. It arrived 4 days earlier than planned, which was great but... It's a curbside delivery (due to COVID), which is understandable and fine but it must've weighed was 80kg or more. I managed to receive it and move it but only just. Also, I don't know where they source the furniture from and what mode of shipping but the cardboard box and subsequently the wood, smelled like rotten flesh... Gross... But that went away with polish. Overall, very impressed and will be back to shop with them, soon.

  Terrible experience. Lockdown and covid are excuses for everything. After waiting for months on the delivery a day before we were contacted saying the furniture wouldn't be delivered to our floor, but only to the entrance of the building. I can't carry a TV stand this heavy, so contact the delivery service, which was appalling.. saying that due to covid and also because they do several deliveries a day, they couldn't deliver to our door. ALL delivery services come to our door, and furniture, deliver to our flat, without assembling, so I was surprised that a furniture shop like yours wouldn't do the same. They basically said they couldn't do anything and contacted tikamoon to cancel the order, after waiting over a month! Tikamoon customer services offered no alternatives and revealed very inconsiderate to my situation, just interested in back the delivery service intransigence. Too bad, we went for another shop and for our TV stand delivered a week after, being delivered to our flat. Loved the items on this shop, but won't buy there again.

  Thank you for your honest review. We appreciate the fustration and dissapointement of the current situation with COVID19 and the National Lockdown. Our logistics companies drivers can make up to 50 deliveries per day, and on that basis have made the decision to no longer offer a room of choice delivery. The national lockdown rules, are that no visits are allowed inside of a house and we believe this to be only fair to extend it to the delivery service drivers. This is in place to protect you the customer as well as the drivers. Please kindly note that this is pointed out in the checkout before the purchase is processed. We believe this to be more than considerate considering the seriousness of the current situation.

  We ordered six dining chairs, a dining table, and another chair from Tikamoon and everything is off superb quality and design, really beautiful furniture. The dining table we ordered arrived with some scratches/marks on the surface and the team was so quick to fix the issue, arranging for a replacement to be sent out immediately. Really appreciate the good customer service!

Unfortunately due to BREXIT and the new customs regulations, many of our orders are being held at the border into the UK.   Delivery was on time and order process was straight forward. Unfortunately you need to pick up your orders from the lobby as delivery is not brought to your door at the time due to Covid. Can be annoying if its heavy.

  I was pleasantly surprised that the furniture I purchased was very heavy with a high quality finish. Customer service which I needed due to a delay at the UK border was exceptional. Rapid responses to queries and very helpful. I would order again :)

  TV Stand of good quality and no obvious damage. As noted by others, the wood is unfinished so we had to apply danish oil but that worked well. We were expecting that when we ordered. Overall, very pleased with the item.

  It’s exactly what is advertised .It’s an unfussy design well made and finished . It was well packed and well delivered . It’s more expensive than a piece like this needs to be but I think the quality makes it worth it .

  The item is beautiful! Really well made and easy to put together.. we love it! Was a shame that the delivery was so delayed and tikamoon weren’t able to give us an idea of when it would be delivered. That being said, when it did eventually arrive we loveee the item
