  Absolutely superb company - the products are beautifully made, high quality and very reasonably priced but what impressed us the most was the after sales service, when a problem occurred and was very quickly rectified. Delivery and communication were also excellent - highly recommend.

  The order was delivered quickly and the product quality excellent. Sadly it was too big for our room and we were disappointed to have to arrange for it to be returned. After a small Brexit-related delay the item was collected and money refunded. no quiblle, no fuss.

  Disappointed with quality. Wood not treated and a small chip on shelf base that we have disguised with brown paint. Definitely not worth the money, especially considering it's self assembly too. Your products look great online but tgey flatter to deceive. Will not recommend to friends or family I'm afraid.

  Very happy with items bought for new home ranging from shelves , mirror, consoles and baskets . The only downside has been when requesting by email for an alert to me when in stock , we have never received one so have to constantly check the website . I would suggest a text message when item is in stock. I would also like to see a more streamlined approach to delivery dates as I’m still waiting once again .

  Quality is terrible. Only reason Bad instead of very bad was because we got part refund and kept the items... but 2 orders in a row have been delivered quite damaged... and the products are 1. not cheap 2. we had to wait 1-2 months for delivery and pay upfront. So all in all, bad experience!

  The TV unit itself is very nice, and has a solid build. however it arrived damaged, customer services allowed us to keep the damaged unit until a replacement is delivered. Although the item arrived damaged, the customer service experience was very good and i was happy with the outcome.

  Lovely solid well made sideboard. This is my second purchase from this company and I would definitely recommend them. As for my comment about delivery I understand that due to Covid19 this item could not be brought into the house but this is such a heavy item that it was a real struggle for my husband and I to get this into the property. Therefore I would not recommend ordering very heavy items of furniture until the lockdown is over or unless you have two very strong household members to lift heavy items.

  Unfortunately the furniture we ordered was delivered damaged. However, you learn most about a company when things go wrong and Tikamoon were impeccable. The damaged furniture was quickly collected and a replacement ordered. Customer services were great throughout.

  Delivered within the estimated window which was unexpected as lead times had significantly increased since we ordered. Product is very high quality exactly what we wanted. Very reasonably priced compared with other solid wood brands. We also ordered a marble wash bowl which is perfect.

  The site is easy to use and gives lots of information about each piece of furniture. The piece I ordered had a lead time of 4 months and that’s how long it took. I think the problems at the ports because of Brexit held it up a couple of days. The furniture, an oak wardrobe/cupboard is lovely and I’m extremely pleased with it. The quality is great and it looks better in real life than in the photo and the photo looks pretty good.

  Tikamoon’s website is easy to navigate with good quality images of the products they sell. The customer service is also helpful and friendly to speak with over the phone. Delivery communication was good and the receiving of goods was quick and efficient! Overall, I’d happily look to buy from this company, again.

  Extremely pleased with all aspects of Tikamoon. The excellent website made it very easy to choose the product that is perfect for our bathroom. The photos and technical information about the products are first class. I cannot fault any of the procedure from ordering to delivery. We were kept informed of every stage of the delivery. The driver phoned when he was half an hour away. The cabinet was extremely well packaged, which ensured that it arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Tikamoon.
