  This is one of the best companies I have ever ordered from. Delivery of a Jonak dining table was swift, well organised and with no Brexit related complications. Customer service was excellent. The table was beautiful and well made but sadly too high for our dining chairs. There was no quibble about a return, collection was prompt and we were reimbursed immediately. I would not hesitate to use Tikamoon again, outstanding service.

  We have had a great experience with Tikamoon customer service. We discovered, about a week after delivery, a split running down the wooden unit we had purchased. Tikamoon responded very quickly with three options for resolution. We chose a replacement unit and less than a week later a courier exchanged the defective unit for a pristine one. It’s nicely made and will look great in the bathroom. Their communication has been excellent throughout, the product is good quality and well-designed, excellent customer service - what’s not to like?!

  Tikamoon did exactly what they said they would do on their website, they were honest about delivery times, and in fact my furniture came earlier than expected in the end. The delivery company were helpful and polite too. When I emailed Tikamoon about my order they responded quickly and answered my questions. All in all, very good thanks.

  I ordered a headboard, it was swiftly delivered. I worried that because of Brexit I would have to pay taxes but when I emailed Tikamoon they replied straight away that they would cover this cost. The delivery went great. Unfortunately the headboard didn’t quite fit around the bed as I had hoped so I had to send it back. I just emailed saying I wanted to return it and they organised it all for me. That was really easy. So although I didn’t end up keeping the item for external reasons I was impressed by tikamoons costumer service

  Its like two companies, one has got brilliant customer service, the other has got awful quality control on what goes out of the factory! Twice now we have received sub standard quality on two different pieces of furniture and twice their customer service has saved the day!

  A very small issue with the delivery which was cleared up immediately by staff at Tikamoon. The real class of a company becomes evident when something goes wrong and Tikamoon stepped up and above and beyond to sort things out!

  Prompt delivery and reasonably priced. However, sadly, my issue was with the poor customer service received. I bought the identical washstand as my son’s, as I was so impressed with his. However, when we went to order my washstand, the price was different and I was going to have a delivery charge added, whereas my son had not been charged. When my son phoned Tikamoon to ask them the reason for this, he spoke to two different operatives, who gave him inconsistent reasons for the delivery charge being added to one, but not on the other, identical item. To add insult to injury, only weeks later, Tikamoon offered a further reduction on all their products.

  I bought a walnut coffee table from this site. However when it was delivered there was damage on one side. I notified the company and they responded very quickly offering me a number of options. Unfortunately due to the damage my only option was to return the table. The customer service team arranged for a new delivery and pick up of the damaged table. My new table is beautiful and stylish.

  The item itself is incredible. However dimensions on the website were inaccurate and delivery arrangements were poor. We had a slot from 7am, however I got a text at 8.30 to tell me they forgot to load it on the delivery van. The timings of that made no sense. Customer service for redelivery were helpful. Customer service around the dimensions issue basically didn’t even acknowledge the same problem!

  On opening the packaging, a shard of glass was protruding from the item on which I badly cut myself. It was long and sharp and looked like it could have been packing for so I grabbed it to remove it and tore through my finger which some weeks later is still tender.
