  Lovely selection of furniture although only 3 stars because I noticed price increases followed shortly by a period of sales when the prices where reduced back to where they were prior increasing. Standard misleading pricing strategy.

  Ordered an Oslo Acacia desk which looks absolutely beautiful on the website. Delivered after around 3 weeks, which is reasonable. Unfortunately, the desk clearly had some minor defects on the top of the desk and given the cost I decided on replacement rather than a voucher . I sent this information for Tikamoon, who to their credit replaced the table but this took another 3 weeks. Second table now arrived- Unfortunately it was badly damaged with the wood loose on the top of the desk, so if I had opened the packaging it would have just come off. They have taken back this table, without quibbles, but given it has been 6 weeks and I am without a desk. The worrying thing is that this is the second desk delivered and both are damaged. I actually left a review regarding this, but they refused it, which worries me how open they are to criticism, which when one has poor service must be accepted. I have written this second review.

  I was introduced to this website by a friend. She had just purchased a Yuki cabinet which I loved. Very elegant and out of the ordinary. However, it wasn’t quite big enough to fit a particular space I had in mind. I looked to see if there was something else, and there was. The Sui. All the products were easy to find, had numerous photos and useful measurements - external and internal.

  Ordered a Thaki black console which looks exactly like in the picture although sadly mine arrived damaged on one corner and very visible. I believe the damage was due to poor packaging. I got in touch with Customer Services and sent them a photo. They came back very quickly with various solutions. A very happy ending so thank you again to all the team!!!

  I can’t speak highly enough of this company. I ordered a console table....beautiful. I also ordered a shelving unit that really didn’t look right once it was put up. They refunded it with no quarrel, and organised a pick up within days. Brilliant service.

  Had the Jonak vanity unit delivered ... there’s a part missing and I had sent pictures of where the missing part was from and had it confirmed replacement part had been sent unfortunately missing parts received weren’t correct so I am unable to currently have unit fully assembled as the legs won’t be fitted correctly .... other than that the piece itself is really lovely exceeded my expectations on many aspects however given the price point I expected the lamination of the wood to be better there is 2 fine lines on the top of the unit that are noticeable and I am looking to get this repaired, I did communicate this to the sales team and was given a partial refund and communication from the team has always been great overall I am really happy with my unit and the communication and support from the company has been second to none!

  I bought an Oak Media centre 180 cms and its absolutely beautiful. The delivery was delayed because of Brexit but I was kept in communication and the furniture was delivered very well packaged and protected and I love it :)

  I've got a media console. It's very nice, I'm rather happy with the piece itself. It would have got a 5 star but for the fact that the side of the console was broken when I received it. I screwed it down to prevent the break spreading and I remain happy with it.

  Sorry but I was really disappointed with the colour of the sofa and the delivery service. There are some photos of the sofa, there is one that is the true colour but the others are not the real colour. Be careful when you order. The sofa is not a caramel colour is more a greyish and greenish colour.

  Great service and company. We're really happy with our industrial console. The service was excellent, we were aware of the delivery time at the time of order and once we were notified of dispatch the level of communications was excellent. We were kept informed of where our item was in it's journey from France to the UK and the delivery company BJS were great in the number of comms and detail it provided in the delivery process. Love the furniture on tikamoon and after such a great delivery service experience, we'll certainly be ordering from them in future.

  The sink is beautiful. When it arrived there was a small chip in the corner. I contacted them about it straight away and they responded very fast with several different options. I chose to swap for a new version and they arranged an exchange within a few days. Excellent customer service and lovely sink.

  We've ordered a few items from Tikamoon and are still happy with our choices. Recently we ordered a marble sink that was delivered chipped. I've contacted the Customer Service and the sink was collected. A new sink was ordered as replacement that was received in pristine condition at out end. So, I am a content customer that will return to this site in the future.

  Needed to use customer service after receiving two faulty products and they were exceptionally poor. Had no sympathy for how much time we wasted waiting in for multiple deliveries and having to repack items, or the inconvenience of having to wait weeks for replacements to be sent.

  The furniture is great, good quality and delivered in the timeframe promised. However - the delivery is sold on the website as being into a room of your choice. On the day the delivery company said they would only deliver to the front door because COVID. That’s totally understandable, but they shouldn't continue to advertise that delivery is to a room of choice! It left us having to haul heavy furniture around ourselves, all for the privileged price of £50 delivery.

  Delivered to the ground floor rather than one floor up and to my front door. Lazy delivery service and inconsiderate as the furniture weighed a ton. The delivery guys had equipment to help them carry it whereas my partner and I spent 30 minutes navigating it up the stairs. I did not pay for lazy delivery service. Was confirmed that it would be delivered to a room of my choice, but because of the covid measures, it could have instead been to my front door. No one was in the hallway. Really disappointed.

  This peace of furniture is made well, strong and heavy. I rate it excellent and believe it will look good for a long time. Delivery efficient. Easy to maintain. Colour as photo and adds nice contrast next to a white oak coffee table.

  Absolutely love our new sideboard. The Tikamoon site was easy to navigate and the product itself is beautiful. It feels like it was made for this space and in full use already. The delivery service used was first rate, came so quick.
