  Really happy with the service from the start. Our order arrived a few weeks before expected which was a bonus, it was packed with care with only the legs to screw on to our bench. A really nice feature that matches the console we bought recently (from Tikamoon).

  We have a marble sink from tikamoon. As beautiful as it is the stone is wearing away. Other products for the material are not good however Tikamoons is actually really really good. Not just for cleaning but protecting and bringing back the shine. Every week after polishing the basin is left to dry. It's not a hassle and it's nice to see the shine on the basin and looking better.

  I had to return a beautiful wardrobe as we couldn’t take it up the stairs, it was just ever so slightly too big 😕 I packed it up and contacted tikamoon and they arranged the pick up, the whole process was hassle free. 👍🏼

  I received my product in an absolutely shocking state. The first thing I noticed when the delivery dropped off the product was that it had been repackaged as I could see the tape used for the previous purchaser. Once I opened the box I noticed a small screw in the box so I set this to one side thinking it was a spare. After I put the legs on my product I stood it upright and noticed that the screw that I had found had caused a very large scratch on the top of the cabinet. Further to this I noticed that the doors did not align and when opened they would smash against each other. I had to push one of the doors in to get them to close. The final issue was with the hinge on the middle draw. The screw that had come out was from the hinge which was hanging off. The final thing that I noticed about the product was that some panels of the product were finished (varnished/policed/smooth) and others were left unpolished or varnished. They felt rough to the touch. I contacted customer services immediately and they could not be more apologetic. I was offered a range of refund options from £150 off my product to £175 gift voucher. In the end, due to the state of the product I opted for a full refund. Although I would not use Tikamoon again due to the low quality finish of these expensive products, I was really impressed with how their customer support team helped me to receive a refund quickly and efficiently.

  Many thanks for your honest review. We work hard on improving our packages and logistics service and the images you have provided for us have been forwarded to our products team for investigation. In reference to the roughness of the wood, Our production team has advised that the units have been oiled to feed and nourish the wood, helping to highlight the grain. It is totally normal the surface feels rough, this is from the sanding of the unit and a character of solid wood. We are happy to hear that you were satisfied with our customer service, and we find it a shame that you no longer wish to purchase with us again.

  Unfortunately the table we bought was broken in 2 major places so we had to return it. Plus it had an additional crack.where the 2 major cracks were looks like a design weakness as the tabletop part makes you want to lift the whole table at the weaker spots which is probably why it was already broken apart when it arrived to us. Was really disappointed but they did give us a full refund

  Delivery was a shambles. The first item that arrived was OK but not wow, we cancelled the second order as the first product did not justify the high price tag. The communications post order are very poor too.

  Bought the beautiful Suï pine Wardrobe to go in our bedroom. Lovely colour in our room but not quite the colour in the images. More green than blue. Guys bought it upstairs and left me happily unpacking it. Added all my belongings. Love looking at it. Definitely recommend it.
