  Ordered a shelf from tikamoon. Arty solid teak shelf. The delivery took several weeks from time of order. The delay is the only negative about this purchase experience. It’s a solid piece of furniture made from high quality solid wood and is not flat pack, which I guess explains the delay in delivery, and is totally acceptable. The packaging is excellent. The product is excellent but it is fairly expensive so I suppose you get what you pay for. I would buy this item again if needed and I would buy from tikamoon again as they have quality stock for sale.

  My concern is scale. It is quite a small bench and as I am older much too low for me to get up from easily. It is a gorgeous design and is put together well. I went with getting a carpenter to make a platform. An expense I wasn't expecting.

  I love this company my coffee table and cube are fantastic so well packaged and delivery was excellent. We are already eyeing up our next purchase only thing was payment the first time I was waiting to hear about delivery then got an email to say payment was’t completed so I rang and all was payed then the same thing happened on second purchasewas asked for payment again when it already had been done but hopefully that will be sorted out next time we order but it won’t stop me or recommending this company plus the people on the phone are polite and happy

  This company is one of the few in the UK to have such unique products. So it's a shame that their quality control is poor and their website description is sloppy. I ordered a super expensive basin unit, with drawers, which admittedly is meant to have a shabby chic look. I received a unit that had a major wood knot right on the front centre of the unit, that had been poorly filled in with wood paste and more importantly in that same area there were manufacturing defects to the way the wood was carved and finished off. When I complained and asked for a new drawer unit - I was told that wasn't possible and I was offered a very paltry refund. I then discovered that the "product" which was described as also coming with a tap - had been misdescribed and what the website description about what was included was describing a taphole. This is a flagrant diregard for trading standards, and for this all I got was an apology - no further attempt to offer a discount (the unit had been fitted by this time).

  Many thanks for your honest review. Please kindly be advised that the website does not state the wash unit comes with a tap or the plumbings. Due to all of our units being made from real wood, and due to natural wood having imperfections and areas with knots, so do our units. We believe this helps show the authenticity of the units and its uniqueness. We follow all the correct trading standards procedures and have broken no policies. I can see that our customer service team offered a significant refund which was accepted.

  Wood arrived untreated without advice on need to wax with 0000 grade wool. Wood was really dull and needed several runs of wax to make it look acceptable and like the photos on the website. Why they dont just acknowledge this is a mystery to me. I will know for next time

  Order came sooner than expected. Delivery guys dropped one end of the sideboard when unloading but fortunately it was very well wrapped so no damage done.

  Generally very good experience ordering with Tikamoon. The website was easy to navigate, it was very straightforward submitting an order and the customer service team was very good. The delivery service was also good. However, the wait time was quite long for us (4 months), and our one criticism would be that there is no automated updates or way to track your order. I ended up contacting Customer services when I saw that the same product I'd ordered was being advertised with only a 3 week delivery time (which would have been 2 months earlier for us than expected) and was told that my order would be actually arriving within 3 weeks, which was great but it's hard to tell whether the outcome would've been the same if I hadn't contacted them!

  Stunning piece of furniture, well made the mahogany smells divine, looks gorgeous in our new home. Will order more furniture form here, just took a wee while longer to arrive but hey it’s expected.
