  Quality much lower than expected and not representative of the quality of the sample on website. was offered a paltry discount to keep or a full refund or wait for another 4 months for a replacement. took the refund because sadly I can not be sure the quality will be any better. table was well packed and customer service polite helpful and efficient. woulds also be worth putting weight of furniture on item descriptions.

  Delivery team wouldn't take item to first floor as it was indicated in delivery instructions. All handles on the item were well out of level. Poor quality control. I'm now 9 weeks in and don't have a unit.

  Absolutely stunning furniture, however our tv unit came damaged. We waited nearly 4 months for it so we were very disappointed. When I contacted customer service they did offer me a replacement but we had to repackage the damaged one, considering the packaging came in bits this was not possible! Plus we had to wait for the replacement and use that packaging and arrange ourselves for it to be collected,the unit is very large and we wouldn’t have anywhere to store it. Eventually after a few emails the offered us a partial refund which we felt we had to take considering the above. I have given 4 stars simply because the furniture is amazing and we have had someone in to tend to the damage, the customer service could have been better.

  One piece of furniture not packaged very well so I’ve had it returned and a replacement coming. Good service regarding this. The price was lovely so I was disappointed it was damaged which could have been avoided with decent packaging.

  I ordered the Shesham TV cabinet, it arrived damaged, although well packaged but I came to a very speedy resolution with the support team who offered me a number of options including returning the item.

  I was nervous ordering online without seeing the product but have been absolutely delighted with everything about Tikamoon. Customer services always responded very quickly to my emails and everything arrived in the timeframe stated. Delivery was very straight forward and the quality of the product is wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend Tikamoon and will use them again in the future.

  I am loving our new TV stand. Really good quality and finish and it just looks great in our living room. The estimated delivery time was up to six weeks. I contacted the customer service team about five weeks in to check on order and heard immediately back. The tv stand then arrived pretty much six weeks after I purchased it. Happy customer, can recommend

Please note that often the items are damaged during transit and do not leave our warehouse in such a condition.

  Poor quality carpentry; quality check signed off negligent as problems so visible. Delivery nearly 4 months from order is rather slow. Own repair/remake preferred to long wait for a replacement. Part refund covered cost; but a ‘nice’ product preferred. Lockdown issues understood, but quality should have been noticed! Would not risk another order with company.

  I'm going to leave a 4 star because my sink was delayed for quite a while. However the item is great and the customer service did give me a partial delivery by way of apology. So I would definitely use them again.

  Staff, delivery etc were excellent but the tv stand was poor with one large crack, a small crack, screws missing etc. I had no problem with the refund and the gentleman in the office was extremely pleasant.

  I would absolutely recommend tikamoon to anybody searching for high quality, attractive and unique furniture, and having now bought the items I needed for my bathroom I'm just looking for an excuse to buy more from this company! The website is very user-friendly and contains all the information needed to make an informed purchase. If anything, I have found the products to be even better than I had expected for the price. I bought the Loggia mahogany bathroom vanity and column units and mirror, and am highly delighted with them. They are extremely well made, strong and attractive to look at and I expect to get many years use and enjoyment from them. I contacted tikamoon by phone with an enquiry about another product and received prompt, courteous and helpful customer service. All in all an excellent company to deal with!

  This is fifth time I ordered from Tikamoon and still very much pleased with their high quality, excellent service and quick delivery. Just bought a garden set with a bench, two chairs and a table and very happy with my purchase. Previously bought two console tables, a coffee table and a TV rack.   Great product but it took 9 weeks to be delivered after being told it would only take 6 weeks. It took 3 days for the product to be delivered after the delivery firm kept failing to deliver and Tikamoon were unable to properly assist or offer any compensation for the consequential loss. Great product but beware when you purchase

  The quality is good, but the colour looks much paler then it shows on the website. The surface looks like untreated, I am not sure if I need to treat it myself to make it waterproof and durable to use. Hope someone can answer my question. I feel a little disappointed about the colour.

  A lovely cabinet, but unfortunately arrived damaged and very dirty. I don't think it could have been unpacked and inspected before it was delivered. However, customer services were very helpful and prompt in resolving.

  Unfortunately my experience was not a good one. My console table was finally dispatched and then it took a further two weeks to arrive as it was shipped to a Ireland by accident. When it arrived it was completely broken and all the packaging was split open. Upon contacting customer services they were very helpful and told me they had them in stock and I could have a replacement but I needed to send an email to confirm this is what I wanted. (Totally uneccesary) I then heard nothing for two days and of course the item went out of stock. Instead of offering to replace it they then told me I had to wait until June for the item!! Despite the fact that people who had placed orders that day would be getting them instantly and I had already waited 6 weeks! Quite unbelievable. Very very poor customer service and they obviously only care about new business rather than fulfilling existing orders which is a real shame. The only reason they deserve one star is because they were very quick to process my refund. I would not recommend or use this company again.

Our process is not to provide a replacement unit without providing our customers with all their available options. We have recently had an unprecedented increase in sales which has impacted our normal processes and response times. Once a customer has placed an order for an unit, we will not then take that item away from their order. I can see that our customer service team still offered a replacement, and you had the choice to keep your unit until the replacment had arrived.

  We found there was a great selection of basins on the site. Getting around the site was easy and communication by email was good. On the few occasions I had cause to call and speak with someone, there was usually a bit of a delay in getting a call back, but they were always polite and really helpful. The only negative was the delivery time - ok not as long as the 5 months originally estimated, but even so it was still almost 3 months, which even allowing for Brexit is a long time to wait with a refurb project ongoing.

All of our units are handmade in Asia, which is why the lead time can take up to 4 months from point of order. This response time has not been affected by Brexit. We try to make this as clear as possible on our website.

  Overall very satisfied with our order however it had to be thoroughly cleaned on arrival to removed thick layer of dust that could have marked the light coloured carpet.

  Website easy to navigate. Beautiful products. Ordered a wooden cabinet, which was unfortunately damaged in transit (corners of one side blunted due to poor packaging and box probably left sitting in wrong direction). Excellent customer service on this and we were offered options, which we took a partial refund, in our account very soon after. Delivery drivers were rather inefficient and not very competent.
