Absolutely stunning furniture, however our tv unit came damaged. We waited nearly 4 months for it so we were very disappointed. When I contacted customer service they did offer me a replacement but we had to repackage the damaged one, considering the packaging came in bits this was not possible! Plus we had to wait for the replacement and use that packaging and arrange ourselves for it to be collected,the unit is very large and we wouldn’t have anywhere to store it. Eventually after a few emails the offered us a partial refund which we felt we had to take considering the above. I have given 4 stars simply because the furniture is amazing and we have had someone in to tend to the damage, the customer service could have been better.

I was nervous ordering online without seeing the product but have been absolutely delighted with everything about Tikamoon. I am loving our new TV stand. Really good quality and finish and it just looks great in our living room. The estimated delivery time was up to six weeks. I contacted the customer service team about five weeks in to check on order and heard immediately back. The tv stand then arrived pretty much six weeks after I purchased it. Poor quality carpentry; quality check signed off negligent as problems so visible. Delivery nearly 4 months from order is rather slow. Own repair/remake preferred to long wait for a replacement. Part refund covered cost; but a ‘nice’ product preferred. Lockdown issues understood, but quality should have been noticed! Would not risk another order with company.

I would absolutely recommend tikamoon to anybody searching for high quality, attractive and unique furniture, and having now bought the items I needed for my bathroom I'm just looking for an excuse to buy more from this company! The website is very user-friendly and contains all the information needed to make an informed purchase. If anything, I have found the products to be even better than I had expected for the price. I bought the Loggia mahogany bathroom vanity and column units and mirror, and am highly delighted with them. They are extremely well made, strong and attractive to look at and I expect to get many years use and enjoyment from them. I contacted tikamoon by phone with an enquiry about another product and received prompt, courteous and helpful customer service. All in all an excellent company to deal with!

This is fifth time I ordered from Tikamoon and still very much pleased with their high quality, excellent service and quick delivery. It took 3 days for the product to be delivered after the delivery firm kept failing to deliver and Tikamoon were unable to properly assist or offer any compensation for the consequential loss. Unfortunately my experience was not a good one. My console table was finally dispatched and then it took a further two weeks to arrive as it was shipped to a Ireland by accident. When it arrived it was completely broken and all the packaging was split open. Upon contacting customer services they were very helpful and told me they had them in stock and I could have a replacement but I needed to send an email to confirm this is what I wanted. (Totally uneccesary) I then heard nothing for two days and of course the item went out of stock. Instead of offering to replace it they then told me I had to wait until June for the item!! Despite the fact that people who had placed orders that day would be getting them instantly and I had already waited 6 weeks! Quite unbelievable. Very very poor customer service and they obviously only care about new business rather than fulfilling existing orders which is a real shame. The only reason they deserve one star is because they were very quick to process my refund. I would not recommend or use this company again.

We found there was a great selection of basins on the site. Getting around the site was easy and communication by email was good. On the few occasions I had cause to call and speak with someone, there was usually a bit of a delay in getting a call back, but they were always polite and really helpful. The only negative was the delivery time - ok not as long as the 5 months originally estimated, but even so it was still almost 3 months, which even allowing for Brexit is a long time to wait with a refurb project ongoing.
