  Item arrived damage. I choose Tikamoon for Quality. I purchased a tv Stand costing over £700. Tikamoon refunded me £300 for a carpenter to repair the numberus faults. In the end I paid £110 more to the carpenter from my own pocket. The whole experience including delivery was not worth it in the end. I was unable to send the stand back be the box was damaged upon opening. I am disabled it was not possible for me to box it back again.

  Many thanks for your honest review. We are sorry to hear that your unit arrived with damage. We can see from your images that the unit arrived with a couple of scratches and one of the drawers would not fully close. Our customer service team always takes into account the damage on the unit, and the inconvenience of receiving a damaged unit and will offer a fair compensation. We are sorry to see that you are not happy with a £300 refund for this damage. Please kindly note that we will always collect a unit, and can work around damaged packaging. The customer service team had organised a replacement unit for a delivery and collection, and we can see that you cancelled the order and decided to keep your original unit.

  Thank you for your message. I was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. One of the table legs were also shorter than the others. All the legs had to be cut to size. The carpenter added £110 extra. Yes I received £300 however this was to cover the cost of damage. I was clearly told via phone and email that to return the item, it must be in it original packaging and ready to be picked up and returned. Due to my disability I was unable to do this. This is why I agreed to the £300 to get the table repaired. I spent so much money on something I had to fix and no fault of mine. I am very disappointed.

  Tikamoon are great but the delivery guys were unhelpful. We had arranged a delivery to the room but they wanted to leave the headboard on the drive despite us following all Covid guidance and ventilating the whole house before they came.

  Extremely easy to use website. Chose a lovely solidly made wardrobe. This arrived well before expected delivery date. Communication to arrange delivery was excellent and it was delivered, without a scratch, to the selected bedroom, on time and without any problems.

  Really great piece of furniture for my kitchen which has flagstone floor tiles. It’s not massively heavy as appears to be constructed by a cheaper wood but it still works. I love the rounded corners as it saves a bit of space. It also smells amazing when you open the cupboard which I’m guessing is the wood. Quick delivery too as I was expecting delays (at the moment furniture deliveries are taking an age)

  My Tikamoon sideboard was delivered on time and efficiently. I love it but unfortunately there were some issues with it, small parts missing or broken. I contacted Tikamoon and was offered immediate refund which I accepted.

  Lovely website with beautiful pieces of furniture, unfortunately my delivery arrived damaged. Tikamoon offered me a few options and whilst I was disappointed it was damaged they resolved the matter quickly and satisfactorily. The delivery seems expensive but the delivery team were super friendly and very helpful, and I wasn’t waiting in all day as they gave me a delivery window and called me before they got there. I would definitely order again from this company.

  I can only praise this company, items were dispatched on or before advertised lead times (cotswold company take note) we ordered several items as we were unsure what would look right in our room & all returns were dealt with very quickly & competently by the customer service team. The only negative I have to comment on is that 2 of the items were delivered damaged however I think were were just a little unfortunate. Would highly recommend using this company

  We are delighted with the sideboard but disappointed by the appearance of two dark stains on the brasswork of the right-hand door. These would appear to be caused by black dye dripping from the flat surface at the top of the unit. We would appreciate your comments on this, thanks.

  The site was easy to navigate and the description and photos match exactly what I ordered. Due to a slow internet connection, I did accidentally order the same item twice, but I emailed customer services to explain and they cancelled the duplicate order and refunded immediately, sending confirmation by email.   The Mindi double cabinet was beautiful, unfortunately it was too imposing for the space I had envisioned it. Tikamoon offers easy returns and refunds so go ahead and order, you won’t be disappointed. (Oh and we purchased the easy solid oak and ceramic vanity cabinet a couple of years ago and it’s superb)

  The item was delivered on time and there were no issues from the delivery guys bringing it up a spiral staircase-they were very friendly. I checked the items on the spot and they waited-they were immaculately delivered. They even took away the outdoor box so even less hassle for me to dispose of.

  Whilst the furniture looked good and is of a high quality, it was an extremely long waiting time for delivery, and when it turned up a few of the pieces had dents.

  Very happy with new furniture! When my coffee table arrived damaged the customer service was excellent and I had a choice of 4 options to choose from, I chose to replace my item and had a replacement one week later!

  Delivery said 6 weeks and I sent an email after 7 asking where it is. Conveniently got dispatched the next day. The product felt good quality and a nice shape. Some assembly. There were a few scuffs and knicks on it. A replacement was going to take 4 months. However after a few slow emails with customer services we negotiated a part refund. Probably wouldn't order from them again.
