  I got a beautiful piece of furniture. It was quite expensive and I had to spend a long time finishing the wood with oil. I would have liked to have been able to buy an oiled or varnished finished piece of furniture.

  Delivery was on time; I was disappointed that I was left to remove all packaging from a large and well packaged cupboard. This is policy apparently. Delivery men were polite and efficient, luckily the item was for the hallway and there was no issue about getting it into another room.

  After a lengthy wait for the table it was very disappointing to have it delivered with a large crack. Eventually I managed to contact customer service who agreed to change it but for 10 days the broken table and the wooden crate it came in were in the middle of my kitchen because it was to heavy to move. I had to repackage it with the wooden crate held together by 48 screws before the logistics company would collect it.

  Many thanks for your honest review. We are sorry to see that your unit arrived damaged. Due to our table tops being made out of solid marble, they are heavy and brittle meaning we require extra protection during transport. Unfortunately your unit was damaged during transport, and we can see that our customer service team has provided you with a replacement. Please note that our warehouse in based in France, and it is not possible for us to send items any quicker. Your order has been escalated to our products team in order to help improve on the packaging.

  I ordered a console table from tikamoon back in June. When I was delivered I was not home as I was working nights. The delivery men left it outside my house with only a small door step mat on top (the box was over 1.5m) it was then left there in pouring rain all night, not only that, when I checked later they had signed for me to say I had accepted the delivery. When I came home and found the soaking wet parcel, I opened and thankfully there was no water damage inside. However, it was clear from the damage to the box it had been dropped in transit and the console had been chipped and scratched. I contacted the customer service team and they quickly organized a replacement and I agreed to dispose of the other damaged console. The new console came very promptly, was delivered in what looked like great condition and the delivery driver had me sign for the parcel. When I opened it up however the console was chipped and scratched again! In exactly the same place. I decided that was the time to get my full refund and customer service were very helpful in making that happen quickly and without hassle.

  great sink, was slightly damaged on the bottom, like it had been dropped at some point, luckliy was able to install without it it being apparent on the outside. The box was not damaged on delivery so assumed it was ok but i would recommend that you inspect the item fully before accepting delivery as there is no recourse once this is done.

  The piece of furniture ordered is absolutely beautiful, well made and all as per the website. Delivered on time is always impressive nowadays. The delivery let the side down, the men did contact me to let me know what time which was very good. The packing was very badly damaged which led to alot of stress on unpacking, they took photographs of the damage but it was still very stressful, I contacted tikamoon to let them know and they were very reassuring. In the end all good.

  The product page could have been more intuitive: e.g. we haven't realised the table will arrive untreated and will need varnishing before use. We then discovered it was actually mentioned on the product page but in a fine print. It would also be helpful to have a pop-up message suggesting we add a can of varnish or oil to our order when purchasing; otherwise we started looking into this only when table arrived and were not happy to pay and wait for the delivery of the varnish separately hence had to buy a varnish in a local hardware store.

  Site is very easy to use and photos are very true to life. We are delighted with the Ying Yang bookcase which is used to display ornaments and other similar things we want to show people. Everyone comments very complimentarily on the bookcase when they see it. This is the second item we’ve purchased recently from Tikamoon and are sure it will not be the last ! Delivery information is great and very accurate. The guys are happy to place the item wherever you want it to be. Their furniture items are excellent value-for-money and very original.

  I don't feel the build quality or the finish of this product warrants its price tag. The wood appears to be completely untreated and we are worried how well this will wear. Only time will tell. Additionally, Tikamoon have some of the highest delivery charges I've ever seen.

  Many thanks for your honest review. We are sorry you feel that this unit is overpriced. We would like to mention that this unit is made from solid teak wood which has been sourced from environmentally friendly forests. We feel that the prices of our products are very competitive for solid wood furniture, which normally fetches at much higher prices. Please note that all of our units come from Asia, and are stored at our warehouse in France. Once an order is placed it is then shipped over to the UK. All this travel incurrs high costs, and rather than hide the costs of delivery in the unit price, we have been more upfront and honest. Please kindly be aware that our teak furniture is not treated and we do recommend treating before use. This infomration can be found on the products page.

  Beautiful furniture!! I ordered a bamboo coffee table and a double bed headboard and I can't love them any more! They made such a huge difference in my living room and bedroom. Very well made. Delivery was earlier tham expected!! Will definitely purchase from here again.

  The item was not as I expected so I needed to return it. It was very beautiful but didn’t suit our needs. Tikamoon said they would take my feedback forward about being clearer about the product and I was able to return very easily, and free from my door, in original packaging a few days after I decided to return.

  We purchased 2mtr TV unit with matching coffee table. Excellent quality love it and so does everyone who sees it. but TV unit was damaged by another company who delivered a new TV. Now has a large gouge in the top. But hoping they will sort this out.

  Yes we had to wait 4 months but it is great to receive such a solid, beautifully made set of bedside tables. So many companies use cheap components and I loathe that. Not Tikamoon. Thank you. I am sure we Weill be ordering again.

  The website is very easy to navigate and find the furniture I need. Delivery times for my items were also in line with the expectations at the time of ordering. I recently bought a TV unit which wasn't the right colour based on the furniture in my living room. The customer services team were very helpful and it was easy and quick to return the item and purchase another product.

  Absolutely beautiful furniture, easy to order, 1st order arrived 3 months ahead of 4 month recommendation and was so pleased I order a second order which arrived within 2 weeks. Quality lovely and packaging was excellent. The delivery service used was also excellent and communicated was second to none
