Verified reviewMy experience with Tikamoon was nothing short of excellent from start to finish. I stumbled across the website on a Facebook reel ad, and as soon as I saw the piece that I have since purchased, I knew it would be perfect! Suffice to say that it’s even better in the flesh! The whole purchasing experience was smooth from start to finish too - the updates were timely and the courier service was similarly excellent, and very professional on the day of arrival. Overall - I couldn’t be happier and I would 100% purchase from Tikamoon again !

Verified reviewThe Vanity unit and mirrors arrived with missing fixtures and rusty door hinges. I contacted customer services who indicated they would send out replacement parts. I am still waiting for the hinges 2 weeks later (the screws arrived in the post). When I asked who they would send to replace the door hinges I received a response of 'It's only a couple of screws'. When paying top prices for a piece of lovely furniture I do not expect to replace the door hinges myself. While I agreed a small refund to the original purchase price I am still waiting for the hinges. How anyone can approve a unit to be dispatched with rusty hinges (there was literally rust dust on the floor of the cupboard) is alarming. Their customer service approach is dreadful and while the advisor I chatted to did not know I was 63 years old with arthritis it should not have made any difference. Tikamoon - you need to focus more on your customers

Verified reviewA lovely product. We ordered six folding chairs made from acacia wood. The customer service was extremely good with follow up call. The delivery service was efficient and punctual. The packing of the goods was fantastic! We are now happily using the outdoor dining chairs in the garden. Thank you Tikamoon. Very have been very impressed with the company.

Verified reviewI'm very pleased with the oak sideboard - it is well made with a natural finish. The web site is very good, and I was kept informed about manufacturing. The delivery company kept me very well informed too - but this product is very heavy and is extremely difficult to handle. The 2 chaps handling a 165kg sideboard were stressed and it could easily have been damaged. They needed a trolley to transport the product - it was far too heavy for 2 men to carry reliably, and every step had to be planned very carefully. The packaging was excellent and in the end, although not apparent on receipt, the damage was minor...as 2 pieces of wood fell off internally, when the product was inevitably put down quite quickly!
