Verified reviewWell everything arrived on time and the delivery guys were very helpful. I loved the pieces we bought but unfortunately the metal frames on the Bookshelves were distorted. This was obviously due to a major crush in transit. I rang and sent photos of the damage and I was promised a new delivery in 10 days. I have the new bookshelves in my office to sit alongside the other I now have the items and they look great. Good service and good response.

Verified reviewI ordered a TV unit from Tikamoon in November with an estimated 3 week delivery. After 3 weeks and no update I contacted customer service and was notified that this would be delayed due to hold ups with ship arrivals in the UK. The delivery date would now be end of December. I was give the option to cancel completely or receive a refund on shipping cost. I opted for the shipping cost refund I thought communication was good and the options reasonable. The order was despatched on 30th December and delivered on 7th January 2021. Once the box was opened I noticed damage to the unit, there was no visible damage to the packaging. I took photos and contacted Tikamoon immediately. They responded quickly with option for a replacement unit which could take 6 weeks (and might also be damaged), partial cash refund or voucher for a slightly higher amount to spend on their website. After some deliberation we took the cash refund as having already waited 7 weeks for the unit we didn’t want to wait another 6 weeks for a potentially damaged replacement unit. I thought the customer service was prompt and fair with their options for refund/replacement. If I’d understood that the until was going to be shipped from overseas I probably wouldn’t have bought it and would have looked elsewhere for a more local supplier.

Verified reviewReally great customer service. I was kept updated throughout and telephoned the day before and on the day my order was due to be delivered. My only complaint would be that the delivery men didn't take the package to my room. They just left it in the doorway. I asked if they could just leave it in the living room instead (social distancing being adhered to of course) but they refused. Given it isn't a flat pack, it was an extremely heavy item that I couldn't move by myself and had to call someone in and pay them to take it to my room and assemble it. I understand covid has made things very difficult but if you've ordered an extremely heavy piece of furniture that isn't a flat pack that one can take upstairs piece by piece, surely, part of the service should be to ensure the product is placed in a suitable area of the house so that it doesn't BLOCK the doorway.

Many thanks for your honest review. Due to Brexit and the new customs regualations we have had many delays getting our products into the UK. Once these problems were sorted, there is a of course a natural backlog of orders trying to get through border control. I can see that you were kept up to date throughout the delay with what was happening. I can see that your unit has now been delivered with no further issues.

Verified reviewI have ordered two furniture items now from Tikamoon and I must say that the design of the products is great, the quality is pretty good too, but their packaging is absolutely amazing! Also delivery info, and being kept up to date is second to none.
