Verified reviewWonderful site with ultra top quality furniture. After delivery I noticed a small fault with my yin Yang bookcase, customer services were on the ball and gave me different options. After providing photographs of the impairment they immediately ordered a replacement and collection scheduled for the same time. The bookcase is beautiful and the service excellent to date.

Verified reviewOrdered a bamboo towel rack. Unfortunately the item was not of high quality. Contacted Tikamoon via phone and the problem was solved quickly. I must say that it is impossible for a company to open and quality check all packed items that are sent from original country where the items are made. I do not hold Tikamoon responsible for the quality. That is the Suppliers responsibility. They sent the package asap. Very fast delivery. They also sent me a free returns label for returning the defective item. They also very graciously returned my full refund as well as shipping delivery charges. Now that is the mark of a good company managed by a great team. I wish they had a physical store in the UK where we could look at the products and purchase them then and there. I give them 5 stars for handling the whole process of delivery and returns.

Verified reviewOur vanity unit and sink are beautiful, excellent quality and just as described/pictured. I'm sure this won't be my last order now I've discovered tikamoon! I also needed to amend the order with customer services and they were very helpful and efficient. Delivery drivers carried items up two flights of stairs too. I honestly can't fault the service we received.
