Verified reviewDelivery was very stressful, they left the very heavy cupboard at the street level when my flat is on the first floor - I asked them not to but they said as they weren’t parked legally it was against policy for them to spend time bringing it up. I asked if they could go park properly and then help me get it at least to my flat door but they said no. I had to call some friends to help me in the end, as there was no way I could lift it myself.

Verified reviewI'm happy with the purchase, but the delivery was extremely disappointing. The piece of furniture I ordered was bigger than me and the delivery men refused to open the packaging (or remove it) - apparently they're not insured - I live alone so had to attempt to do this by myself which was virtually impossible.

Verified reviewThe two cabinets are exactly as per the pictures. Beautiful Mango wood. Delivered on time and really well packed so no damage. Fully assembled solid wood. Would definitely use Tikamoon again if this is the quality product and service they provide.

Verified reviewWe ordered a console table which was broken when it was delivered. We then reordered a replacement and that was broken in exactly the same way. Very disappointing.

Verified reviewWe are absolutely over the moon with our new console table. I searched the internet and furniture shops for six months before deciding on this one and it couldn't be more perfect. It's stylish and well-made. The quality is great and we think it is good value for money when you compare to other furniture stores. We will definitely use tikamoon again.

Verified reviewBeautifully presented products, easy to navigate. One minor detail - I did not read the product description (great photos, dimensions given elsewhere) so I did not realise that the two products which I bought were "unfinished teak". However, I was very impressed with the build quality and consequently had no objection to subsequently buying some teak oil and applying 3 coats. Fabulous finish and also quite a therapeutic exercise.

Verified reviewOrdered a stone basin sink and took nearly 3 weeks to come. First the delivery company delivered this to Tikamoon instead of my home address. Second delivery took nearly 2 weeks to arrive after countless times of waiting in only for the delivery company never to turn up. When the stone basin sink did arrive it was tiny and not fit for purpose. The sizes on Tikemoon website state the width is 34cm the sink they sent was 23cm wide and the depth should have been 28cm and in fact it was 17cm. The sink is that small I could not even put one hand in never mind 2. I have got to say the quality of the sink was outstanding extremely good quality. Tikamoon Customer service was good very prompt at replying and communicating through this frustrating process

As these are made from solid river stones they are very different unit to unit but we do expect them to be a certain size, this has been fed back to the product managers for future improvements with the quality control teams.
