However worth the wait as completely pleased with all the furniture bought Comprising large dining table, 8 chairs, large sideboard, tv cabinet & coffee table. Every piece is solid & well made. Would recommend.

Verified reviewA lovely, beautiful made product, that is sturdy and completes my room. Delivery was delayed, due to the nature of the product and customs, not through the fault of the company. However, I was kept informed with delivery updates and my options at all times. I was then able to select my final delivery date to make sure someone was available to receive the order. Would highly recommend.

Verified reviewWhilst the product is lovely, the customer service was poor. Delivery estimated at 6 weeks but ended up being 4 months No contact re delayed delivery.. Upon chasing the delivery, was told two contradictory reasons which led me to believe that at least one person was lying to me. Delays happen, that isn’t the issue. The issue is around how they communicate with their customers who are spending a significant amount of money with them. I won’t buy from Tikamoon again.
