Delivery was made exactly on time and as promised by two polite young men who kept us well advised of their itinery throughout the day of due arrival. Verified reviewThe sets of drawers look great and are solidly made and well packaged. One drawer sticks a little but that may ease over time. My only concern is that after waiting so long for them to be delivered, if there was a need to return one item (we ordered 4) i would probably have to insist on returning all rather than wait months again. But having said that ididnt return anything and im pleased with the furniture.

Verified reviewThe order took four months to be fulfilled, as stated on the website. The quality of item itself is not as high as expected, the drawers are stiff to pull out and put back in, the wood slabs glued together have a significant difference in colours in some points, there are scratches and marks around the wood. The delivery was terrible, the item weights 63 Kg on the websites and qualifies for delivery to room of choice up to 2nd floor. As I live on the 1st floor, this was essential. The BJS courier arrives with a package allegedly of 75.8 Kg, 0.8 Kg above the maximum weight for delivery upstairs. The two couriers were adamant on the health and safety issues (0.8 Kg above threshold, very convenient) and left the massive package sitting in my hallway, stinking like horse stables and faeces, inconveniencing me and my neighbour downstair (which also just moved in). Also they faked my signature! After contacting the customer service a couple of times and explaining what happened in detail, they arranged a new delivery, this time the two couriers that arrive were much nicer and more understanding, brought the item upstairs with enough care and put an end to this nightmare. The customer service was relatively good after all and compensated me for the stress and inconvenience.

Verified reviewOrdered a Temis acacia bar cabinet. The legs on the item were faulty and it tipped over within a week of assembly, almost smashing all of the bottles inside. Tikamoon customer service were helpful and responsive and I ended up accepting a partial refund as a return of such a large was just unworkable. Now I have lovely cabinet, just without any legs!
