Verified reviewOrdered 2 pieces of furniture. Both had damages that are not the result of poor packaging or delivery. Just really poor craftsmanship and no quality control. The TV stand had a nail sticking out to the side... I think casual DIYers can do a better job. Really disappointed given the price - TV stand was 1000+ quid. They gave 10% compensation for both items though. Won't be buying again from them again.

Verified reviewThe quality and finish of the first items I recieved were not good. Infact totally unacceptable (cracking, wonky). Certainly not by price point standards. The service to replace them was much better and pretty slick. The replacements are much better quality and finish all round that do better reflect the price point.

Verified reviewI was disappointed. I ordered a mirror to go with the vanity unit. The vantity unit was untreated so after waxing it the mirror was already treated so was a completely different tone. A waste of money. I’d assumed the mirror was also untreated but it had been laqered.

I am sorry for the confusion, the product pages state if they are oiled or varnished and a lot of our teak products are not so that you have the choice of how you want to protect them. Should you wish to return the mirror to find something that matches, please be aware that we have a free 60 day returns policy.

Verified reviewThe delivery drivers refused to take the goods upstairs because they were too heavy. So we sent them back. However tikamoon organised “professional lifters” and a redelivery but unfortunately the items were still too difficult in a mixture of size and weight. So the same delivery company returned to remove them. They said ‘we can get them up for you’ but we had had enough by them. They were rude and dragged and manhandled the two beautiful untouched products on to their wagon with zero care. Literally dragged them out of the house and down the street with no trolley. We told Tikamoon. They reassured us we would get a refund and we did with absolutely no quibble. So, product looked lovely from what I saw of it, service and quality of product excellent. Delivery company awful. Unprofessional and damaging the reputation of Tikamoon. Change the delivery company. awkward to get up the stairs in a combination of size and weight. Verified reviewThe trunk had very poor fittings of the lowest quality I’ve ever seen!I kept the trunk as it was the right size, but had to remove the straps. I kept them to post to you so that you can see for yourself if required. I returned the headboard without opening it due to my feeling of disappointment with the quality issues with the trunk.

Verified reviewCoffee table is really well made and stylish. It took a while to deliver due to current customs restrictions with protected woods and Sheesham requires paperwork which take a while. Customer service was excellent and responsive and even refunded delivery costs. Can’t fault the service or product.
