Verified reviewThe site was a bit tricky. I wasn’t able to buy the oil that I needed to put on the table so had to place a separate order. This incurred two delivery charges when it would have been free if ordered together. However, after an email this was sorted out and charges were refunded.

Verified reviewDelays with the order and initially refused to reimburse me for the delivery costs. After pushing, they did refund the delivery, however it still took 7 weeks from date of order to me receiving the item. Once arrived, the item needed assembly even though on the website it stated it was assembled. Not a great experience with this brand and will not be ordering from them again.
