Verified reviewOur Tikamoon console table arrived late and had several chips and scratches. Besides the cosmetic defects, one of the drawer units was actually broken. Tikamoon offered a full refund and arranged pick up but it is a shame to have had to wait several weeks only to receive a damaged console.

Verified reviewFrom ordering through to admiring my new furniture in my lounge Tikamoon was excellent. Unlike many companies their customer service responded quickly to any queries and kept me fully updated on the progress of my order. The sideboard I purchased is a gorgeous piece of furniture and we are really pleased with how it looks in ‘real life’ as there is always a risk when ordering on line that the real thing will disappoint but definitely not in this case.

The basin came before expected delivery time and the vanity unit arrived BANG on time. Both items are immaculate. Such a wow factor 😍 Additionally tikamoon honoured a free delivery for one of my items due to me ordering within a 24 hour time frame And again, left a really good feeling in me as a customer. First tv unit had an issue because the door wouldn’t close but tikamoon replaced it straight away collecting the old unit at the same time as delivering the new one. We also bought some mirrors which were also lovely. Great quality. Great service.

Verified reviewI waited a long time for my console table order. I had to follow it up as I received not updates. Unfortunately when it was delivered the main part(top) 3 elm Fa the 4 corners were damaged. Customer service was good and I accepted a part refund as it would take another 6 weeks to deliver.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to advise that last week we implented a new system where customers will be advised when production of there item has completed and the delivery will only be 6-7 weeks away.

Verified reviewProduct itself is perfect, but misleading delivery lead times and a "nothing we can do" customer service attitude lets them down. Getting tired of companies selling and taking payment for products they don't actually have and can't guarantee.
