Verified reviewWe waited 5 months for our coffee table to arrive, including additional delays to the original date. The table then arrived and was defective, as the table and stand did not fit together correctly. Tikamoon offered a replacement but said it wouldn't be available for another 6-8 months which was unacceptable for us. After requesting a refund Tikamoon forgot to send this to my account and I had to chase them to finally send me the money. Overall extremely poor customer service and quality control. I would not reccomend to anyone.

Unfortunately it has been a difficult year for most retailers receiving stock from overseas, and it is not the usual delivery times we would normally provide. Please accept our apologies that your refund was not processed correctly and it was necessary for you to follow this up.

Verified reviewThe products are really lovely - very well made and fair value for high quality furniture. But communication wasn't great from the company; one of the items I ordered said it would be ready 'within 4 months'. 4 and a half months later I hadn't heard anything, so I was forced to follow up multiple times with them to determine the delivery date etc... Delivery itself was good.

Verified reviewGood morning, on the whole the service from Tikamoon was fine. The order took 4 months to arrive - but I had been advised that there would be this delay, so that was expected. The notification of the arrival of the delivery was excellent - down to the last five minutes. However, one delivery man struggled with the box on his own and left the heavy box just inside my back door.... my son and I man handled it into position later in the day.

Please accept our apologies your item was not delivered to your room of choice as per our contract with the delivery company. We will follow this up with BJS. In such situations, we would recommend contacting our customer service team who can speak with BJS directly and have this resolved.

Many thanks for your reply. However, the delivery issue was by far the minor problem - the actual problem was with the lack of support for the two upper drawers. You have made no mention of this.

Verified reviewI ordered the table in June it did say it could take up to 4 months for delivery which was fine, but it only took about 10wks. The delivery company were brilliant giving plenty of notifications. Unfortunately when we unpacked the item there was a little bit of damage to the table top. I notified Tikamoon the same day and they arranged to have the item picked up. Again the delivery company who collected the item were brilliant. Customer services were amazing, nothing was to much trouble for them. Once they received the item back they issued me a full refund.
