Unfortunately, Unfortunately, 1 chair was faulty but the customer service support was excellent and a new chair is on it's way to me. Would definitely buy from Tikamoon again.

Verified reviewTikamoon are a good, professional company to deal with and have been helpful through out the order and delivery process. It took 5 months from order to delivery, but this wasn't Tikamoon faults, just supply chain issues. Unfortunately one of the items was larger than I had anticipated and needed to be returned. This was not an issue and was managed efficiently by Tikamoon.
