Verified reviewDelivery was very slow, delayed and rescheduled multiple times. The time scale is entirely not as described as per website - it took 6 months for the table to arrive and TIKAMOON team is reluctant to compensate. We had to specifically arrange to be home for the delivery and were only told the table will not be delivered on the same day.

Unfortunately there was a delay in receiving your item into our warehouse which was out of control, so we were unable to deliver it within the time scale advised. We were not aware there were issues receiving the table from our delivery partner and will review this with our account manager. We hope you enjoy your new table for years to come

Verified reviewThe review is based on the service received from Tikamoon and not the quality of the product. The order process was very good and a discount was offered. The progressing of the delivery was also good. Sadly the product was damaged upon unpacking and the style didn't quite achieve our expectations. However Tikamoon were very professional in processing the return and the refund to my credit card. First class customer service from Tikamoon, its just a shame the product didn't meet our expectations.

Verified reviewExcellent experience ordering from Tikamoon my units are absolutely gorgeous and top quality also . As for the customer service can’t fault it I had to change my delivery date twice and nothing was too much trouble extremely helpful and polite on the phone. When the delivery arrived the driver rang 30mins before and when they arrived they were also pleasant and took the units where I wanted them one of the boxes was a little damaged the driver rang the office of couriers to let them know and when I did open them if there was any damage they had it all on record. But the way Tikamoon pack their items is 1st class protection for the item in all the right places and double packed for extra protection. Can’t fault my experience at all amd would definitely use them again.
