Verified reviewContacted customer service via email to change delivery address and had confirmation of address change. Day of delivery was contacted by delivery driver and they had the wrong address details. I was unable to contact Tikamoon as there phone number does not work and it took two days back and forth with delivery company to sort a re-delivery. Had emailed Tikamoon about this and they did not respond. The customer service I experienced was poor. Once item was eventually delivered I was pleased with it. Just a shame the company are not responsive.

Verified reviewUnfortunately the delivery time was double what was advertised on the website, which really delayed our renovation. When the piece of furniture arrived, it had been damaged in delivery. The delivery company at our end were very good, but there was some significant damage to the corner of the unit. We did not want a replacement and this would hold up our renovation even more. Instead we asked for a 25% refund, which we received. The whole experience was pretty disappointing.

Verified reviewI ordered a beautiful seesham console table. It took a long time to arrive and when it did it was quite badly scratched at two of the corners, even though the packaging was intact. However I was satisfied with Tikamoon's handling of the situation, and will continue to order from them again as they do have lovely furniture.

Verified reviewThe headboard arrived on time and there were no issues with delivery. Overall I’m happy with the purchase but the quality of finish is not as good as I has expected. There are some marks, I believe from wood filler or something like that, that are visible. Not huge, I can live with it but that’s why I’ve given 4 stars.

Verified reviewI love the dresser but unfortunately the colour on your page is very deceiving! I thought it would have been more blue even though the description said ‘black’. As usual the product is very well made and once I got over the disappointment of the colour I am happy with the unit.
