Verified reviewI was very disappointed with the service. I ordered 3 items but only received 1 item. No explanation as to why I didn't get a message regarding delivery or why I couldn't collect.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that all your products were not successfully delivered. The transport company have advised that your vase was damaged during transit and returned to us. We are still investigating the location of your console table, but have deemed it lost. Our customer service team have fully refunded you for this items.

Thanks for your response, however this is completely different to what I was told over the phone and by text message. I was told that I wouldn't accept delivery - which was incorrect. It seems that there is a disconnect between your departments, and no one knows the delivery process. Message the receiver in advance, let them know a delivery will be made at a certain time - as most delivery companies do. If something is damaged/lost - inform the receiver, people understand these things happen. Dont provide incorrect information, then change the message later - this isn't good practice or good for reputation.

As there are different types of walls, it will be necessary to purchase the correct screw suitable for your wall type.
