Verified reviewReally delighted with my new bathroom cabinet, it’s exactly what I was looking for to finish my downstairs loo. Great communication, daily emails with updates and delivered beautifully and carefully packaged. My only comment would be the doors are heavy and slam so I am looking for something to add to the door to stop it banging.

Verified reviewIt was difficult to arrange delivery as although when ordering I specified when I would be able to take delivery, the delivery company took no notice, calling me when I was out at work, expecting me to be at home. Nightmare. Eventually, I was able to take delivery, but only because I was at home sick. Tikkamoon did try and help though and were prepared to pay extra for delivery becuase I had complained.

Verified reviewI ordered a sideboard to be delivered to the Isles of Scilly and it took weeks for them to suddenly refund my card and when I asked why they wouldn't be completing my order, I was told they don't send to any islands anywhere any more because of Brexit! They are very much in the UK and only 26 miles off Cornwall!!!

Many thanks for your honest review. Tikamoon does not have a delivery service, and outsources all their delivery to a company in the UK. This company has decided to stop the delivery to all of the islands off the mainland UK since BREXIT, unless it can be accessed via a bridge. We have made this clear in the delivery information section of the website, and made the delivery drop down only available for UK Mainland. We are sorry for any disappointment and we are working on bringing back this service.
