Verified reviewTook 6 months to receive furniture and it was badly damaged in transit. Although customer services were helpful my interim compensation payment for the delivery delay was deducted from refund which means I have no furniture and no compensation for the time I could have gone and bought something else. I keep seeing products I like in the promotional emails you send but I don’t feel it’s worth taking the risk after the experience I’ve had. Shame.

However, our customer service team provided compensation as a gesture of goodwill if you were to keep the order. We appreciate that you order arrived with some damage, and you chose for a collection and a full refund, which was provided without delay. We can reassure you that delays are not a common with our units, and units arriving damage is even less. We hope to see you again as a customer.

The orders for the other furniture - 4x bedside tables has also been a mess. Not just the Sheesham product. Several delays and calls needed to get them released. Waited in all day yesterday for two separate deliveries when we were told they would be with us last week. ( the were originally due weeks ago)1st one due in the morning didn’t arrive until PM. We were in Garden so parcel got left with neighbours. Second delivery didn’t turn up at all. Apparently due later today. But zero confidence on that. All in all very disappointed with Tikamoon as you’ve added a load of stress to us getting a holiday rental ready for our first holiday makers this Friday.

Verified reviewWe had awful problems with the delivery men who refused to take the sideboard inside our home. After a number of phone calls to Tikamoon, from them to the courier. Another set of couriers came the next door want to take the sideboard away! by this time the sideboard was sitting outside for over 24hours. It took yet more phone calls to get the men to lift it inside. The staff at Tikmoon were great, the sideboard is beautiful and well made and finished.BUT you need to find a better courier because they are rude, unhelpful, did not wear masks and you going to loss valuable customers. I will be thinking twice about the piece of furniture from you which I was going to buy, if I have to put up with awful behaviour from the company who delivers.

Verified reviewSatisfied with the product quality. Finishing requires improvement, the front of the TV stand is well polish but isn’t on the back. Dusty surface on arrival, could be removed easily with dry cloth. The TV stand was well packed and protected with plenty of foam board, cardboard and wood frame. Delivered as promised.
