Verified reviewDelivery was on time; I was disappointed that I was left to remove all packaging from a large and well packaged cupboard. This is policy apparently. Delivery men were polite and efficient, luckily the item was for the hallway and there was no issue about getting it into another room.

Verified reviewAfter a lengthy wait for the table it was very disappointing to have it delivered with a large crack. Eventually I managed to contact customer service who agreed to change it but for 10 days the broken table and the wooden crate it came in were in the middle of my kitchen because it was to heavy to move. I had to repackage it with the wooden crate held together by 48 screws before the logistics company would collect it.

Due to our table tops being made out of solid marble, they are heavy and brittle meaning we require extra protection during transport. Unfortunately your unit was damaged during transport, and we can see that our customer service team has provided you with a replacement. Please note that our warehouse in based in France, and it is not possible for us to send items any quicker. Your order has been escalated to our products team in order to help improve on the packaging.

Verified reviewgreat sink, was slightly damaged on the bottom, like it had been dropped at some point, luckliy was able to install without it it being apparent on the outside. The box was not damaged on delivery so assumed it was ok but i would recommend that you inspect the item fully before accepting delivery as there is no recourse once this is done.

Verified reviewI ordered a console table from tikamoon back in June. When I was delivered I was not home as I was working nights. The delivery men left it outside my house with only a small door step mat on top (the box was over 1.5m) it was then left there in pouring rain all night, not only that, when I checked later they had signed for me to say I had accepted the delivery. When I came home and found the soaking wet parcel, I opened and thankfully there was no water damage inside. However, it was clear from the damage to the box it had been dropped in transit and the console had been chipped and scratched. I contacted the customer service team and they quickly organized a replacement and I agreed to dispose of the other damaged console. The new console came very promptly, was delivered in what looked like great condition and the delivery driver had me sign for the parcel. When I opened it up however the console was chipped and scratched again! In exactly the same place. I decided that was the time to get my full refund and customer service were very helpful in making that happen quickly and without hassle.
