Verified reviewDelivery team wouldn't take item to first floor as it was indicated in delivery instructions. All handles on the item were well out of level. Poor quality control. I'm now 9 weeks in and don't have a unit.

Thank you for your feedback. We can confirm that BJS should have delivered your item to the 1st floor, as per their contract, provided there was sufficient access. Should BJS refuse to do so, please contact us to resolve this. We are very disappointed the handles did not align, this has been brought to the attention of our quality control team. Your replacement item is close to arriving into our warehouse, when it will be dispatched from immediate delivery.

Verified reviewOne piece of furniture not packaged very well so I’ve had it returned and a replacement coming. Good service regarding this. The price was lovely so I was disappointed it was damaged which could have been avoided with decent packaging.

Verified reviewAbsolutely stunning furniture, however our tv unit came damaged. We waited nearly 4 months for it so we were very disappointed. When I contacted customer service they did offer me a replacement but we had to repackage the damaged one, considering the packaging came in bits this was not possible! Plus we had to wait for the replacement and use that packaging and arrange ourselves for it to be collected,the unit is very large and we wouldn’t have anywhere to store it. Eventually after a few emails the offered us a partial refund which we felt we had to take considering the above. I have given 4 stars simply because the furniture is amazing and we have had someone in to tend to the damage, the customer service could have been better.

Verified reviewI am loving our new TV stand. Really good quality and finish and it just looks great in our living room. The estimated delivery time was up to six weeks. I contacted the customer service team about five weeks in to check on order and heard immediately back. The tv stand then arrived pretty much six weeks after I purchased it. Happy customer, can recommend

Verified reviewOne of the bedside tables had a split along one if the joints. Returning it was such a Hassle as I needed to use it but I would hope that this sort of thing was checked before despatch

Thank you for your review. In these situations, you can contact our customer service team with photos of the damage, and they will provide you with different solutions to get this resolved. Please note that often the items are damaged during transit and do not leave our warehouse in such a condition.
