Verified reviewWe found there was a great selection of basins on the site. Getting around the site was easy and communication by email was good. On the few occasions I had cause to call and speak with someone, there was usually a bit of a delay in getting a call back, but they were always polite and really helpful. The only negative was the delivery time - ok not as long as the 5 months originally estimated, but even so it was still almost 3 months, which even allowing for Brexit is a long time to wait with a refurb project ongoing.

Please accept our apologies for the delays in response. unfortunately we are working on reduced staff at the moment, and we are trying to always provide an answer within our 48 hour response time. All of our units are handmade in Asia, which is why the lead time can take up to 4 months from point of order. This response time has not been affected by Brexit. We try to make this as clear as possible on our website.

Please kindly be advised that they have a 48 hour response time, as per the email confirmation you receive when you emailed. The customer service team always work from the oldest email, and every time you email in that response time is reset.

Ordered a wooden cabinet, which was unfortunately damaged in transit (corners of one side blunted due to poor packaging and box probably left sitting in wrong direction). Excellent customer service on this and we were offered options, which we took a partial refund, in our account very soon after. Delivery drivers were rather inefficient and not very competent.
