Verified reviewI ordered the Pablo oak sideboard and the quality is really good. I searched lots of places for an extra large sideboard and this one is just perfect. It arrived in the timescale given and the delivery was managed really well. I would definitely order from Tikamoon again.

Verified reviewThe tv unit was damaged upon delivery which was disappointing, however Tikamoon responded very quickly and offered me a few options. A new replacement unit was delivered and the damaged one taken away . Good service and the product is beautiful.

Verified reviewUnfortunately my experience was not a good one. My console table was finally dispatched and then it took a further two weeks to arrive as it was shipped to a Ireland by accident. When it arrived it was completely broken and all the packaging was split open. Upon contacting customer services they were very helpful and told me they had them in stock and I could have a replacement but I needed to send an email to confirm this is what I wanted. (Totally uneccesary) I then heard nothing for two days and of course the item went out of stock. Instead of offering to replace it they then told me I had to wait until June for the item!! Despite the fact that people who had placed orders that day would be getting them instantly and I had already waited 6 weeks! Quite unbelievable. Very very poor customer service and they obviously only care about new business rather than fulfilling existing orders which is a real shame. The only reason they deserve one star is because they were very quick to process my refund. I would not recommend or use this company again.

Many thanks for your honest review. We are sorry to hear that your unit arrived damaged. Our process is not to provide a replacement unit without providing our customers with all their available options. We have recently had an unprecedented increase in sales which has impacted our normal processes and response times. Once a customer has placed an order for an unit, we will not then take that item away from their order. I can see that our customer service team still offered a replacement, and you had the choice to keep your unit until the replacment had arrived.

We work very hard to make our website show an accurate depiction of our units, however due to all of our products being made from natural materials, we are not able to match our photos one for one with our products. I can see that you returned your unit for a full refund, which has been processed without delay.

Verified reviewThe quality is good, but the colour looks much paler then it shows on the website. The surface looks like untreated, I am not sure if I need to treat it myself to make it waterproof and durable to use. Hope someone can answer my question. I feel a little disappointed about the colour.

Verified reviewThe item is well proportioned to fit my small en suite but big enough to contain my range of towels. Not having to fix to a wall makes it versatile. It looks and feels great.
