Many thanks for your honest review. I can see from our system that your order was held at the UK customs. Unfortunately due to Brexit and the issues with the suez canal it has taken longer for some of our orders to be processed. This is outside of our control. I can see that your order has now been delivered.

Verified reviewI still haven’t received my order, which is 2-3 weeks late now I recently chased again in the week and have not heard back I had been planning to purchase several other larger pieces but need to know I can trust the delivery process and have comms from customer service. Unfortunately since Brexit and the issues with the suez canal, some of our orders have been held longer for processing. This is outside of our control. I can see that our customer service team kept you up to date always within our response time of 48 hours. I can see that you have now confirmed with Parcelforce that you will collect your order.

Verified reviewMy concern is scale. It is quite a small bench and as I am older much too low for me to get up from easily. It is a gorgeous design and is put together well. I went with getting a carpenter to make a platform. An expense I wasn't expecting.

Verified reviewReally easy site to use and the item arrived far earlier than stated and was really well packaged, the only downside was the delivery guy’s were a little grumpy and the driver left his colleague to carry the box up two flights of stairs.
