Verified reviewDelivery was a shambles. The first item that arrived was OK but not wow, we cancelled the second order as the first product did not justify the high price tag. The communications post order are very poor too.

Verified reviewOrdered an Oslo Acacia desk which looks absolutely beautiful on the website. Delivered after around 3 weeks, which is reasonable. Unfortunately, the desk clearly had some minor defects on the top of the desk and given the cost I decided on replacement rather than a voucher . I sent this information for Tikamoon, who to their credit replaced the table but this took another 3 weeks. Second table now arrived- Unfortunately it was badly damaged with the wood loose on the top of the desk, so if I had opened the packaging it would have just come off. They have taken back this table, without quibbles, but given it has been 6 weeks and I am without a desk. The worrying thing is that this is the second desk delivered and both are damaged. I actually left a review regarding this, but they refused it, which worries me how open they are to criticism, which when one has poor service must be accepted. I have written this second review.
