Verified reviewWe've ordered a few items from Tikamoon and are still happy with our choices. Recently we ordered a marble sink that was delivered chipped. I've contacted the Customer Service and the sink was collected. A new sink was ordered as replacement that was received in pristine condition at out end. So, I am a content customer that will return to this site in the future.

Verified reviewThe sink is beautiful. When it arrived there was a small chip in the corner. I contacted them about it straight away and they responded very fast with several different options. I chose to swap for a new version and they arranged an exchange within a few days. Excellent customer service and lovely sink.

The service was excellent, we were aware of the delivery time at the time of order and once we were notified of dispatch the level of communications was excellent. We were kept informed of where our item was in it's journey from France to the UK and the delivery company BJS were great in the number of comms and detail it provided in the delivery process. Love the furniture on tikamoon and after such a great delivery service experience, we'll certainly be ordering from them in future.
