Verified reviewSorry but I was really disappointed with the colour of the sofa and the delivery service. There are some photos of the sofa, there is one that is the true colour but the others are not the real colour. Be careful when you order. The sofa is not a caramel colour is more a greyish and greenish colour.

Verified reviewI've got a media console. It's very nice, I'm rather happy with the piece itself. It would have got a 5 star but for the fact that the side of the console was broken when I received it. I screwed it down to prevent the break spreading and I remain happy with it.

Verified reviewNeeded to use customer service after receiving two faulty products and they were exceptionally poor. Had no sympathy for how much time we wasted waiting in for multiple deliveries and having to repack items, or the inconvenience of having to wait weeks for replacements to be sent.

Verified reviewThe furniture is great, good quality and delivered in the timeframe promised. However - the delivery is sold on the website as being into a room of your choice. On the day the delivery company said they would only deliver to the front door because COVID. That’s totally understandable, but they shouldn't continue to advertise that delivery is to a room of choice! It left us having to haul heavy furniture around ourselves, all for the privileged price of £50 delivery.

Verified reviewNot clear on website that NOT fully assembled - says assembled and then only in small print at the bottom says legs need to be attached. holes didn’t line up. Difficult to assemble.
