Verified reviewDelivered to the ground floor rather than one floor up and to my front door. Lazy delivery service and inconsiderate as the furniture weighed a ton. The delivery guys had equipment to help them carry it whereas my partner and I spent 30 minutes navigating it up the stairs. I did not pay for lazy delivery service. Was confirmed that it would be delivered to a room of my choice, but because of the covid measures, it could have instead been to my front door. No one was in the hallway. Really disappointed.
